They stereotype your dog and won't let him play with other dogs simply based on breed. I would not recommend this place at all. They did not treat my 6 month month old blue heeler properly and refused to let him socialize with other dogs. A horrible, yet expensive experience.

Sounded good on phone but would not sell me prescription dog food with a prescription from another vet?

Couldn't rate a 5 star because their website doesn't show their products and whether or not they're in stock. So I had to call the store to check. I give the staff a 5 star for their pleasantry and helpfulness on the phone and in the store.

Jake from the grooming department turned away my dog from his scheduled appointment at 11 today.usually I favor royalpets as my dogs groomers go to; but Jake was so unprofessional it turned me away completely. First I brought my 2 small dogs in for their appointment, and right away he says “bring a leash next time” (I forgot mine and was carrying my pups in) and he then put on some dollar store leashes for them, which is no problem since I forgot the leases.then he grabs one of the pups looking over him.to me it felt like it was a complaining session rather then inspection and he said he will see what he can do and brought him to the back. He then came back out a few seconds later saying he can’t do anything because he thinks he will hurt the dog due to some Mats. He then said he will see what he can do about my other dog I had in my hands, but I told him I need to go elsewhere so I can get them done at the same place, and same day. He said ok, and then as I’m walking away rips the leash off my dogs neck and then got it caught on my dogs foot too. I’ve never seen something so disgusting. I’m really not the type to complain or do reviews but I’m just very upset with jakes services. Also, my dog wasn’t even that dirty. I’ve taken him here many times and usually he is dirtier. Like I said this place is my go-to, and they usually get baths monthly here but no longer will be. I took a picture of my dog he turned away and wanted you to see my dog and show you how crazy it was he turned down my pup.unfortunately they won’t let me post the picture under my review. Jake (a groomer at royal pets) was very unprofessional and a complainer too. Royals as a whole is good, but Jake the groomer needs to be removed. Never met someone so unprofessional, and not sure why the owners haven’t taken any actions to have him replaced.

I bring my fur baby here for his vet visits. Its super clean and every one is very nice and helpful. I think my kitty actually likes going to the vet! They also have food and products for cats and dogs. Great natural selection too

I can't say enough about this place except I think my dog loved his stay there and playing at the doggy daycare.

Very nice store, friendly staff, competitive prices and always fun to check out the pups in doggy daycare! Also, we found Fromm's dog food there which is a great food that I don't think you can buy from any of the big pet chains.

Love that they offer free vet services for new patients and follow up with a phone call. Great selection of foods.

Great medieval themed pet supply store. Lots of different items not found at most pet stores. Reasonable prices. Grooming and doggy daycare also but I haven't used either service yet.

My 4 year old Belgium shepherd likes the assistant and the Veterinarian, also has spent 4 days there on at least 4 different occasions. He is treated wonderfully and likes going there.

This place is amazing! I was looking for smaller amounts of healthy food for my dog. She only eats people food and on nights we go out or she doesn't like what we have I wanted to make sure she would eat something. They have a wide variety of small bags. The cashier was amazing and very helpful. They offer grooming and have insurance for your pet. They have vets and a pet hotel and spa.

Always take great care of my little man while I’m at work. E visits 4 times a week and gets groomed here as well. Thanks royal pets!

This review is dog hotel only. Took my dog after calling the day before turns out new dogs are only aloud on certain days the man I talked to never said that they made a exception let her stay. They will not let your dog have any toys with squeakers, stuffing or rope on them and dogs can not wear their own collars clothes or hairbows. Staff said to me if you have a problem you don't have to come here when I said I needed her to have her toys she is teething baby.

Always a great stay for our cat. The staff is friendly, kind and caring. The nightly pics they send and answered calls anytime we check on our kitty are always welcomed.

We have taken Allie there for 4 years now. They have always taken such good care of her and she loves going! The employees are wonderful. They make it a great place!

You could Visit this store just for the heck of it. Watch the dogs play. We get our guy a haircut here every 6 weeks or so. Good, fair price, and very nice staff.

Friendly, informative staff. My Marly has been going for a bath and day care for 2 1/2 years now. While Marly will always be scared of her own shadow, I have no problem, or guilt, leaving her with Royal Pets. They really care about our fur babies!

Our dog loves it here. She was showing ear infection signs. They fit us in even though there were no apts. They took her in between. She came out very happy. We love the Wellness Plan.
