Spaghetti Bolognese with meatballs in the sauce not really Italian tasting meatballs had too much basil and I think the sauce also had base a little bit to Sweet

We ordered a pizza which was very good but the service was subpar. The women behind the counter had better customer service, therefore we are willing to try this place again.

Great pizza and excellent customer service. Called for a curbside pick up and also order their 2 pizza specials. Like the phone energy of their staff, super polite and engaged. Forgot to get his name, but also he mentioned that this promotion also brings chicken wings (awesome). Ordered some delicious meatballs as well. Pick up was easy and fast. The only “issue” was that the white pizza didn’t come with the prosciutto as it says on their website, but when I call them back once I noticed it at home, the gentleman explained that this was a national website and this pizza on this location doesn’t come with prosciutto. He did apologize and even offer some credit, but I just thanked him for the info and denied the credit back as the pizza (even without the prosciutto) was delicious. Thank you guys for your service and delicious food. I highly recommend this place.

Sorry, but this food is terrible. The pepperoni pizza was edible at best. The meatballs are horrific they almost taste grainy. The garlic knots are really just giant twists of pizza dough. Very expensive for this type of franchise food. Doughboys pizza and garlic bread is amazing! I’ll never buy Russo’s again.

This place is the one I like best. I visit many restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very warm and the food they offer is so flavorful. I am always happy to have a decent dinner here. Highly recommended.

Ordered delivery hoping it would be great but pizza was cold, rolls were chalky and undercooked. Soups were cold as well nothing special except the customer service. Everyone was really nice food not so much.wont order again.

I order fried calamari to go during the quarentine and It was the worst. I do understand that its just an appetizer but the sent me such a small portion it was a shame. Besides the portion size the latgest one was about 1/8 of an inch. U dont recommend russo restaurant to anyone!

Terrible would not recommend not even good to feed the homeless. Pizza arrived 2 1/2 hours late had to call 3 times to see what was going on.try doughboys trust me. 5 thumbs down. Won’t order from here again.this place sucks.

I like this place! They serve sensational meals, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that place is an expert, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently good, the service towards the customers is very good too. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. I highly recommend it.

Gluten Free Spinach and Ricotta Pizza or Anchovies and Roasted Peppers they are both Spectaculars!

I meant to post this review sooner. I decided to celebrate my mons birthday here a couple weeks ago and I'm glad I did! We ordered the greek pizza which was amazing and fried calamari very tender and fresh. Our waiter was Andre whom provided us with excellent service and we also had the pleasure of meeting Carla who was very friendly and provided great customer service!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Andre our server had an amazing personality and was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We had the penne alla vodka with chicken, coal fired wings, and the tiramisu and it was so delicious i had chills. Not to mention the owner karla was super sweet and you can tell this place works like a family. I cant wait to go back! Love it!

Menu selection is good, menu includes many of their own recipes. Food portions will satisfy most.good selection of wines to choose from. Service was quick and very pleasant.

Really not much to say about this resturaunt. It tries to play itself off as trendy and upscale, but fails miserably. Staff is too busy with their own drama to pay attention to customers. Pizza quality is ok, but the high price just isn't worth it. Been here several times and the overall experience is slowly going downhill. They can't even get a telephone order done correctly. Don't expect much if you want to come here.

Really nice atmosphere, great for casual dining, food is yummy and there is plenty of vegetarian offerings.

Their special brunches are a must try! That's when the chef really shows off! Their gluten free pizza crust is delicious! (I only get it because it's so good.) Their clam chowder is probably my favorite thing on the menu, though. Also, I don't even normally eat wings but love theirs. Great place for events, too! Owners go above and beyond. Great service.

Absolutely love this place! Especially Wednesday Wine Night! Only one complaint, staff needs to wait until restaurant is closed to mop the floor. Their chemicals are too strong and they run you off not letting you enjoy the last sips of your wine. Other than that, I highly recommend. Food is spectacular!
