I scheduled an appt to have my Jeep windshield replaced. The technician, Justin, was very professional and punctual. I would highly recommend him to do any windshield work! Great job!

Great repair on my Landover! Very happy that I didn't have to buy a new 1500$ windshield right now. And if I do they'll deduct today's expense from the new windshield cost. They were also ready for my appointment and completed ahead of time. Highly recommend.

First I went to safelight to have my window put in they told me they couldn’t put it in because it needed body work so I went and got the body work done then they said they could put the glass in at the body work shop. They of course called me the day they were supposed to go do it and told me they needed to bring it to safelight to do it. So they picked up the car and told me to be there around 12pm and the car would be done. So I go there at 12pm only to find out they the car is now going to go in at 1pm so we sit there and wait and wait and wait. By 2: 30 the car was ready. I drive home and when I go to look at the work they did they scratched the brand new paint they just told me they had to bring in the shop to not scratch. This place is not recommended.

Safelite works with my insurance company and the process was swift and worry free. I dropped my car off at the shop and it was finished in 1 1/2 hours. At least this company honors your appointment time and gets the job done.

Made a morning appointment, had the car there by 8am.they called at 9: 37 to say it was ready.

My insurance company sent out Safelite to fix my windshield at my home. I was given a 12-5 window and told someone would call. No one called they just showed up.
When I get in my car this morning to take my children to school - it’s sounds like the entire top of my windshield isn’t sealed. Trying to get through to this company and have someone come back out to fix the problem is nearly impossible.
Do better Safelite. This is super inconvenient, super disappointing.

Quick and easy. Definitely recommend. The Technician was awesome and cleaned everything up and was fast and did a great job!

My daughter has waited 2 weeks, still not windshield replacement. She has just made appointment number 4 this is not acceptable. I am very surprised I have used them many times in the past and never had a problem until now.

Made an appointment, they kept it to 1 hour as expected. Friendly, courteous staff, nice waiting area. No problems. New windshield is working out great as well. I would definitely recommend, just keep in mind to try and make appointment as walk-ins can interfere with scheduled work flow for customers as well as staff.

Safelite came to my work to replace windshield. That made.it a lot easier than trying to find a convenient time for me to go to their shop. Terrance did great job. Done in about 35 minutes. The only drawback was when I originally tried to contact my local or any Safelite. The call was always routed to a recording in Nebraska that is unable to answer any questions. I had to go to the building itself to get questions answered before buying. Should be able to contact a human being directly if you call local number.

The tech came out broke ny moldings then says he cant do it and left. Called manager and she basically called me liar. Then blocked me so i couldnt send her the pictures she asked for.now im going to have to pay 80$ for moldings and pay for windshield. Horrible serv>ce, professionalism, and just plain rude and offensive.

I was promised my car would be done this week. It was not the tech got lazy and couldn't show up for his appointment. Hey rescheduled me a week later. I might be busy when they arrive I don't know. Safe lite is awful!

One of the biggest runarounds I've ever dealt with. The glass was in poor condition plus they didn't include the top molding. The tech, who i think did a solid job of informing me, made a call to notify the manager of the situation who claimed the car was old and it might be discontinued despite me having shown the tech they were widely available and had already ordered one that they weren't comfortable in using. The manager then claimed they would have to use their own source for OEM parts although OEM uses the same parts network.surprise. I ordered from the same! Now they called back saying it wasn't included in the order and the molding was designed to be reused although they weren't comfortable with using the new one I had? Then they claimed that they found the part and new glass but will be another week and a half before they can do the job. At that point.how about I don't trust Safelite to touch my car since there was an apparent runaround, lies thrown in, then the whole waste of time. Never again!

My suggestion? Find a reputable business that doesn't play these games and waste your precious time.

Quick and easy to make an appointment. Got there was in and out quickly with a well done repair. Staff was also friendly and knowledgeable.

They could not help me with the replacement because they discontinued the glass. But they pointed me in the right direction.

Excellent customer service! They had me in and out in no time! Had to get my windshield replaced and my safety camera RECALIBRATED! All done in about an hour!

Had an appointment for them to come to my house at 12: 00 it’s currently 4: 40P. M no one called or showed up very unprofessional.
