Safety Harbor Resort and Spa

The suite that we had stayed in was very nice and spacious along with it being affordable aswell. We had a hiccup with something that was lost and they made every effort to try and assist us.

Great place for a girls day. Very layed back atmosphere. Recently brought a friend who was visiting from ny. For @$35 or any one service, you can use the facilities for the entire day!

Service is friendly, rooms are clean, and the spa and resort amenities are great. The location on the waterfront in the quaint town of Safety Harbor is perfect!

This hotel has charged me twice to stay in a hotel for you one night. I booked through Priceline and apparently that doesn’t count for anything. The Manager named Regina was absolutely no help to me what so ever. Refused to refund me the money to stay in a moldy room for one night. This hotel is outdated and in need of a renovation and new manager. I will be telling everyone I know to never come here and spend their hard earned money to be taken advantage of. This hotel also makes a hold in the amount of your reservation on your card for a week long. They will not tell you about this either.

Attended a meeting in one of the conference rooms. It was clean, we'll put together, and the drink/snack service was nicely laid out. Beautiful location, but parking is a bit of an issue if just attending for a quick meeting.

Rooms were decently nice. Got bitten up by a bugs something fierce while outside briefly for a fire alarm at 5 in the morning. Can't adjust the temperature in the rooms very much. Hallways and things really could do with a rehab

Did not cancel a reservation as their own email stated they would resulting in double the cost being held from bank account. Got the room reservation wrong, should have been a balcony. Manager on duty says she is not authorized to fix it. Would not recommend due to incompetence and apathy towards the guests. Door guy was awesome though.

Great spa with a ton of ammenties. Definitely catered towards the older demopgrahpic (55+), but me and my wife (24,26) made the most out of it. Lot of the scenery and ambience was outdated. Might be back.

Enjoyed the resort and especially enjoyed the room. We were lucky and had a little private courtyard with a view of the bay. The restaurant is very good and we took many of our meals there. A luxurious and restful stay.

We couldnt order a movie and i guess no one knew how to. The restruant is pretty but the food isnt that good. Everything else is great

Safety Harbor Spa is wonderful great staff very clean and neat love the spa area and the restaurant has phenomenal food excellent
