Sal's Italian Restaurant, Royal Palm Beach FL

Was excited to try this pizzeria but I was very disappointed to see the guy making the pizza grabbed a frozen or what appeared to be frozen definitely not fresh crust. Needless to say it was horrible

This location is horrible. Have ordered for delivery several times and the half the order is missing, takes two hours, or actually gets delivered to the wrong address. After waiting an hour for the food, it gets delivered to the wrong address, was told they can’t remake it can only deliver that same order from someone else’s house because they close in 20 minutes. Will never order from here again.

Being the first time in Sal's Italian, I was impressed with the service and food. I went there with my girlfriends for early dinner. The food was great and full of flavor, definitely I would again.

$1.79 for packaging your two slices of pizza from the lunch menu is ridiculous

Just lost a weekly customer

Been here a few times. Ordered 4 meals with my 3 boys. 2 meals came out and the 2 calzones weren't made at the same time due to take out orders. Excuses! Over an hour for food after 2 of us already finished and ready to go. The waitress was great and so apologetic. No need to go back better Italian food restaurants in the area!

Ordered at 5pm was told 35 minutes

Arrived 5: 30 and was told 6-8 minutes. He then started making my pizza.

They have changed owners 2-3 times in the last year and product keeps getting worse, may as well order Dominoes

Not only was our order incorrect but the chicken  added to my salad was completely burned or just old and not fresh. It was so gross. When I called the Royal palm restaurant and asked to speak with the manager he pretended to say I had ordered incorrectly. We have eaten there for years and the salad I always get was not what I received. The salad they made was not what I ordered. I have the receipt to prove it was the restaurants mistake, however he proceeded to say I must of imagined always eating the wrong thing! I could not believe it, what about the rotten chicken? He Completely ignored that part! I do not find it acceptable that the manager wouldn't even attempt to fix or refund our money. I am hoping corporate fixes my problem. Embarrassing customer service.

I adore this place! They offer great food, their menu is decent, The cook in that place is a real pro, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently good, the attitude towards the customers is nice. I visit often this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

The food was good my son enjoyed the soap of the day and the pizza. The service was excellent she did great with 6 full service tables at the same time but the set where a little uncomfortable. We had a great time.

Shrimp scampi was horrible. No garlic. No lemon. No anything but Campbell’s tomato soup on top that’s it. Should of got a refund but didn’t bought 2 of them. Way to exspensive to taste so nasty bland. Highly disappointed. Will never go back. Pizza was okay. Sorry sal. Cost me $83.00 for a pizza

Other than getting are fries after we finished eating everything it was good. Kinda wanted those fries with my meal tho.

Food is amazing i remember hating sals Because of the bad customer service and how horrible and slow they were I forgot the short person's name I think his name is Patrick he's so enthusiastic he has great sense of heart he's comfortable to be around he gives off good vibes and he's quick and I have ordered there multiple times with him there and he is amazing with people.you guys should hire more people like him again the food is amazing amazing job by the chefs and thank you for changing up the customer service god bless! ️

Sometimes the service is slow. My phone order is always wrong when I receive it. Food is okay not the best.

The cashier took my payment and turned around and used his dirty hands to put rolls in the oven. I witnessed the waitress doing the exact same thing. Definitely unsanitary!

Servers are terrible, we waited for over an hour for an appitizer and they brought our food at the same time

I used to go here all the time it used to be good but I guess due to new management or something its gone down hill

Terrible service and cleanliness. Food is OK, nothing to go out of your way for. I think that new ownership did the place in. Sad, used to be delicious.

The pizza is very good.
The crust is crispy and chewy at the same time.
Good sauce and great toppings.

Very dissappointed in the service, my family and I were in the restaurant for an hour and a half before any of our food came out and it was extremely slow. Not to mention that they said they "didn't have any deep dish pizza" on a Saturday afternoon when it was the whole reason we came. Sorely dissappointed. And the food we did finally get was ok at best.

How do we find the owner of this establishment?
Ordered Lasagna Early Bird Special.
One pasta noodle! One for the whole dish!
Then I look over @ my husband, and he's spitting out a piece of metal from his Chicken Parmigiana!
Not happy!
