Sal's Italian Restaurant, Royal Palm Beach FL

This place is a ripoff. They charged me a $3 substitution charge for getting Alfredo' instead of red sauce on an order of ravioli. They also charged me an additional $3 for meatballs on an order of spaghetti & meatballs. Total joke. It's not like you going to serve raviol with no sauce. And to charge extra for meatballs. Hello, "meatballs" is in the name of the dish. That is a total ripoff. I will never go there again

Worst service. Awlful. I just ate at Sal's and ordered a spaghetti and meatball dinner for me and one to go.
I get home with the to go order and the meal was not packed correctly and the sauce had spilled and destroyed the paper bag. Thank goodness there was a plastic bag. No rolls, no salad, just spilled spaghetti and meatballs.
I call the restaurant to request they deliver my rolls and salad-i am 3 minutes from there-they put me on hold for 6 minutes and then said NO, they will not do that.
SIMPLY THE WORST ANSWER POSSIBLE. BTW I NEVER COMPLAIN AT RESTAURANTS.
I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO EAT THERE.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EAT WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Great pizzas and salads! 10/10 would reccomend coming here! Great service as well! Only thing is that there are very high prices.:/

Thank you for being open today 9-8-17. I wanted to give kids a fun meal before the storm and I'm glad you were there for us.

This was my first time there in almost 3 years. I don't know if they are under new management, but the place was empty and the food was not as good as I remember from a few years ago when we would order food from there about once a week.

AWFUL! On a Sunday afternoon, lunch time, it took us over TWO HOURS to get soda, pizza, and a salad. Why did we not walk out? We should have. There was one waitress for the whole place. The guy making the pizzas was beyond slow. The pizza FINALLY came and it was not even hot. I will NEVER go here or advise any one else to eat here. Try Basilicos in Wellington. AWESOME place for food and service.

Terrible. All the comments show a pattern of inconsistency. I'm not certain if there is new management, but the last 2 experiences have been terrible! There won't be a third attempt!

DO NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE! If I could I would give no stars! This place is very unprofessional and the manager argued with me when I said the food didn't taste right. He said that was my opinion and he wasn't going to do anything about it. They have zero customer service and even less taste to their food. I do not recommend this place!

Two times we order delivery from and both times wrong. Simple 2 pies, 1 pepperoni and another 1/2 pineapple. Receive 1/2 pineapple and no pepperoni. Today even worse. Ordered the same and got no toppings. They do charge for the toppings though. We call and they say they're not making any more deliveries for the night. Customer service at its best.

Terrible food. Bland. Nothing was good. Ordered meat Lasagna, the sauce was bland, barely any meat and it was cold. The cannoli was also terrible. I've eaten several times at Sals on Mission Lake/ in Lake Worth and everything I had there was delicious. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this Sals location. Don't waste your money. I honestly want to return and get a refund right now.

Service was slow, Very Slow. Never got drink refills. Sub came out dry. What happened to the Real Sal's?

Very disappointed with our pizza. Lately they have been inconsistent. Ordered a thick crust pizza to go, but when we got it home it was a thin crust and luke warm. Will definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

Worst delivery ever. Expect to wait twice as long as they tell you on the phone. Also expect it to be cold. This has happened to us more than once. And when you call to check, of course, they say "oh I just checked, he's on his way" Gave them 3 strikes. Now will never order from there again

You couldn't pay me to eat here again my wife it was anything said it was disgusting I do I hated it there's no cheese on the chicken Palm had to wait 45 minutes he had a crappy can only say that I had a salad and it's like I said Pizzeria Costco save yourself 20 bucks on a slice of pizza and going to Costco
