I work for a Dr. Office. We requested imaging report. Not only were we on hold forever. The costumer service was terrible. The staff member was rude. They said they will fax over our records requested and they never did. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Even if you have an appointment you will wait for hours. The woman at the front desk when you first enter the building is disgustingly rude. She makes you regret ever scheduling.

Kind, efficient technicians - made a procedure that I was anxious about go smoothly and as comfortable as possible.

Edit: while the procedure itself was handled well, I am now eight business days out and *still* have no results. I've had to make multiple phone calls to check in. Apparently some sort of corporate re-org is negatively affecting them. Whatever they're doing in this re-org, it's NOT helpful. Routine mammograms are supposed to be important but if this is the (lack of) priority they're given, it's really hard to understand.

If you make an appointment make sure to show up an hour late cause you’ll be sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour

Waiting area is very small with a lot of patients. It is not safe. No system to call patients from the car or make it less risky for Covid exposure.

They are dangerous with the wrong interpretations of their own MRIs. This could kill you when you don’t get a treatment because they do mistakes. Don’t go there.

Sand Lake Imaging uses a third party billing company called "Physicians Support Services", which didn't properly contact me regarding a bill in 2018. I didn't realize it until an unpaid dept appeared on my credit score. I contacted the billing dept, and they said they sent one bill after it went through insurance, and it was undeliverable by the post office. (Address was correct on file) Their notes indicate no additional attempts were made or even a phone call to verify address. Instead it went into collections, and two years later I find out about it. Will avoid Sand Lake Imaging b/c of this.sending a bill in the mail shouldn't be difficult. From reading other reviews online, billing seems to be a challenge for them. Will have imaging done elsewhere in the future.

I had a doctors appointment today. First off when I went to this appointment I was very nervous. For the time I entered the building the staff made me feel safe with abiding by the guidelines of CDC. Brittany was the nurse that assisted me for the procedure I was scheduled for. Brittney explained everything in full details which definitely made me feel comfortable. The service there was outstanding. I highly recommend this location for any procedure they offer.

Sandlake Imaging sent inaccurate info to a third party debt collector Medical Business Bureau. My credit score has dropped 39 points because of this! At the time of service in 2017, they submitted a claim to Anthem who rejected the claim because of inaccurate billing and coding issues and asked that they send with correct info. Sandlake Imaging never responded, nor resent the info. I was told by Sandlake Imaging my services for cancer and mammograms were preventative and no patient responsibility or co pays were due at the time of service. Anthem and myself have tried repeatedly to speak with Sandlake Imaging and have been told EVER DAY for the past 2 weeks that servers are down. I've spoken to Amy and my Anthem rep has spoken to Roxy and Maria who all stated the servers are down, take our contact info and never call back. Today I contacted Craig at the Medical Bureau who stated he reached out to Sandlake Imaging and they validated the debts are valid. I have filed a complaint with BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Speaking about procedures and results with patients infront of other patients it’s uncomfortable for everyone. The Mamogram could had been a bit more compassionate with more explaining on how was going to feel and not just grab pull without showing any concern.

Pros:
Very friendly staff.

Cons:
Wait times.

This is likely the only major complaint most would have as it can be quite ridiculous. However, the nurse staff make up for it by tending to you and comforting you before any type of testing. I’ve had three tests performed at this location, and while I had to wait longer than 20 minutes with an appointment, I would still return.

I am just getting home from having a thyroid biopsy performed at Sand Lake Imaging. I had a great experience from the time I walked in. Francis explained the procedure for me and it went just as planned. I only waited about 10 minutes in the lobby before being taken back to change. I only felt the lidocaine for a few seconds and then the samples were collected pain-free. I would definitely go here again!

Another medical facility in Orlando who could care less about wasting my time. We have busy lives now. Ask me to be here 30 minutes before appt time so I can sit in their uncomfortable chairs. I have been here now over an hour and still have not been seen.
This is ridiculous

Horrible service, I had an MRI scheduled and was told by the scheduler that it could be done without contrast, when I went to my appointment they had to cancel it because that was wrong info, that I was supposed to have the contrast, because I'm allergic it couldn't be done and the radiologist didn't even come to the room to explain or apologize for their error, I went there just to waste my time and gas, will not go back again.

Had a great experience at the Orlando location. Eggardo from front desk was very relpfull. Crystal the ultrasound technologist was amazing. She really took the time to perform my exam with no rush and asked the baby questions I had.

Absolutely the rudest receptionist anywhere. Have been to Dr Phillips location for many years. The receptionist that has a first name that starts with a "Y" is the rudest in the business. Not only was she rude to myself and my wife, but noticed while in waiting area how she treated other patients.

Disappointed. My doctor requested to have some tests completed and forwarded to her back in September, 9/7/18 to be exact. Today is 10/03/18 and my results are not ready. Now I must go to my doctor's Appointment without the results, waste a $40 copay for nothing. Go some place else if you need your results to be in on time.

Great staff @ DP location. Did I mention the best staff ever? Also exceptional service from Jaclyn in records. A great experience from A to Z. Same day appointment (I would never guess that would happen). The team was organized, attentive to detail and on point! Go Sand Lake Imaging!

I have had X-rays, CTs, & Mammos at this location over the past 3 years. They are polite, efficient, and friendly. It's my first choice for any imaging for me and my family.
