The lady that assisted me in signing documents before my appointment was very rude. She didn't give eye contact and seemed annoyed when I asked her clarifying questions. This was my first time here and I hope I never have to come back.

The employees are nice, but the company sucks in terms of a horrible phone system in terms of scheduling, follow up after testing, and an out of state, independent billing company that is almost impossible to reach to resolve overcharges generated by bad software in terms of testing costs. Avoid this company if you have any alternative through you insurance company.current rating: ONE (1) STAR
update: Eventually, after my persistence, I was able to speak with the billing company and resolved my issue when they refunded an over-payment to me. HOWEVER, because I never received an of my sought-for feedback regarding the specifics of my imaging, I can only upgrade the rating to: TWO (2) STARS

3 hours at SLI for 15 min of actual exam. Technicians in the back are fabulous!
Receptionist rude, unable to “get ahold” of my physicians office. After sitting sooo long in a freezing waiting room. I chose to call dr office myself and got fax sent immediately. THEN conflicting stories from receptionist to technicians! Unacceptable, I will find elsewhere for imaging services

This is my 3rd time here.i was given a 10: 30 am appointment time and i was told to arrive a half hr early.i get here and i am told "your appointment is really for 11am.we tell everyone that bc some "people" don t get here early.that s a mesd

Had to wait 2 hours for a 2 minute scan. When I called to schedule the appointment they said their schedule was wide open and I still had to wait 2 hours.

My wife booked an appointment a week in advanced for 9: 00 am, we got there on time and she was called quickly but only to be moved to a different room and sat down for one and a half hours. They have a sign that says appointments necessary, for what? 2 1/2 hours for images. Not coming back.

Had appt time of 10: 30 for a HIDA scan, arrived at 10 as instructed was called back at 10: 30. Ashley one of the techs was so nice and helpful during the entire procedure, gave updates to my friend in the waiting room and made the experience way better than I expected.

I came with my father. He had an Appoinment at 10: 30am. The lady at from (July) she is very polite, friendly and patient. We did not have to wait, they call my father rigth a way. And the technical was very professional and patient.

I had an excellent experience at this office, friendly, courteous, professional Staff, short wait time, taken ahead of schedule, and my CD was ready super fast; far better than the other imaging facilities I have used in the past. Thank you!

Had an MRI for my knee. Not only was the process a breeze, but the staff was wonderful. When it came to requesting my disc, I was told they were incredibly busy, and it would be closer to over 48 hours for it to be ready. I had a follow up already scheduled with an orthopedic surgeon, and not having my disc in time concerned me. Jaime went above and beyond in assisting me, and requesting my disc quickly so that I may pick it up on time! Very much appreciated.

Went in because my GP was worried I was having acute issues with my appendix. Staff was pretty nice but put my iv port in an HOUR before the test and it was really uncomfortable. Also had to leave it in an HOUR after the test waiting for the radiologist to review my results. Was there for almost 4 hours freezing my tail off when it was all said and done. Staff was nice enough to offer me a blanket but it was so thin I probably needed ten of them.
