Sandy Sansing Nissan, Pensacola FL

It has been nearly two weeks and car traded in has still not been paid off.you paid off my truck and it had nothing to do with this trade in.bank said they were returning your check.not the best way to do business. I did not give Sandy Sansing authority to look at my loans for other vevicles. You are welcome to pay off all my loans but at least pay off the loan that we signed the paperwork on.

Nothing but constant disappointment from the service department at this place.
They don't call you back- EVER! Parts sit there for months before you even know they have arrived.
I waited to see if this was an isolated incident but it seems to be the norm around this place.
Considering my Nissan has been disappointing- I will likely never purchase another vehicle from this company again.

Ronnie and team there at Sandy Sansing not only a great place to take your vehicle but, they let you know what is going on with your vehicle before they start working. Ronnie is a great part of Sandy Sansing company. Thank you for all your help Ronnie.

My experience thus has been optimum satisfaction. Honest, not overcharging or gouging which they certainly could have done cause my car was towed after close. They’ve actually rescued me twice with the same scenario. I’d highly recommend them and I look forward to Sandy expanding as an Infinity dealer, fingers crossed.

Kept beating around the bush. Wasted our time and kept trying to sell us thr same vehical when we saif no. Kept pushing same price tried to pressure us into giving them our vehicle in trade-in value. When we told them we were interested in trying to leave they texted us the second we were off of the lot and have called us continually ever since! We had to block their numbers because it got to be so harassing! Just don't go there! They wasted three and a half hours of our time! We drove four hours out of our way round trip to get there and we're not able to accomplish anything that we needed to accomplish in the area because these people wasted so much of our time!

Ten years ago, we bought a Nissan from Sandy Sansing and were very much impressed with the well-polished service. Recently, we replaced our old Murano with a new 2018 Murano and were dazzled by the customer service, which was over-the-top! Gary Palmer, our sales consultant, demonstrated agile customer-led interaction with expertise and proficiency. Like a finely honed sword, he quickly trimmed off the BS and sliced through the red tape. We were in and out in 2 hours! Driving home in our new Nissan, we couldn’t get the smiles off of our faces!
