It was a great experience. Phillip L, our salesman, was very easy to work with. He was very polite and patient. Dominic was also very helpful both with discussing various details of the available financing and helping us with clearing out the trade in. Dominic, was also vey accommodating and polite during this process. The finance department was also very helpful and patient while we were discussing various options on coverages at the end. Our experiences at Sandy Sansing Nissan over the years have been for the overwhelming majority of times extremely pleasurable. The service Department has also been outstanding to both my wife and I over the last 4-5 years. You need to buy your car at Sandy Sansing Nissan! On one occasion my wife had to have a bumper replaced as a result of someone hitting it in a parking lot. That happened in Houston. She was told in Houston that that would take a minimum of four or five days, perhaps longer. She had to return to Florida so that was not possible! The body shop here was able to get it done in, if I remember correctly, 2 or 3 days. And they did a fantastic job!

I can't say enough about how amazing Sarah Shiveley was while trying to decide on which car to purchase. Patient does not even begin to do her justice! Sarah is extremely knowledgable about each car I considered and never once became frustrated when I was torn between staying with a 4 door sedan or going with an SUV. After we finalized the purchase I was scheduled to return to the dealership for some minor cosmetic details that needed to be taken care of when I was called to work for the hurricane response team in Panama City. While stuck at the hospital for 5 days, Sarah checked on me with genuine concern for my safety and wellbeing. She was also able to start looking for a vehicle for my friend whose car was totaled during the hurricane. When my brand new Murano sustained damage from the storm, Sarah has continued to walk us through each step of the repair process despite the fact that she's not technically in the service department.
