Sears Outlet / American Freight - Appliance, Furniture, Mattress, Clearwater FL

Went looking for a small chest freezer.the one they had on the floor was not for sale and I would have had to have ordered one and they were on backorder salesman agreed you might as well go to Walmart they're all the same.

A lot of the appliances are way too expensive considering many scratched and dented.
It's a wonder why Sears is doing so badly.

I read some of the reviews on this store and I came to the conclusion that these customers must be clearly visiting another store or are just plain crazy. I been to this store with my family numerous times and have received nothing but the best service, this will always be my store I go to first.

Joe was fabulous to work with. Greeted us when we walked in and remembered us the next day. We applied for a credit card with ease. He was extremely informative with information about appliances and the warranty process. He was very personable and we hope if we have to purchase something else, we get to deal with Joe again. Thanks Joe!

I never thought buying a washer could be so much fun. Watching the way my Sales person Nick and the rest of the staff get a long with each is the way all stores should be - Happy to be at Work. I will tell everyone about this store.

Today was my first time at a sears outlet and I must say it won't be my last. Great looking appliances, some with little dents but overall a wide selection to choose from. A fantastic staff that makes you very welcome from the time you enter the store and great prices.
