Horrible system, was told the reason we have to wait 3 hours longer than everyone else was because renewing your driver's license is not that import

Was in and out in 15 minutes to renew my tag. Most of the staff are very pleasant and the receptionist is always smiling and ready to help.

Very fast an efficient. Especially for a government office. Always been in and out in just a few minutes. And it is very convenient having the DMV and tax collector in the same building.

Came back 3 different times, 2-3 hour wait each time just to handle transfer of tag and not allowed to make an appointment for this service. The staff here doesn't care how long you wait, they work slow and drag out each transaction. Don't waste your time and go across town to another tag office

Nice facility, friendly staff and clean test road. You can even walk in early in the morning without appointment, good choice for early bird!

Friendly workers, well organized institution. I got my Florida driver license here! If you have an appointment, you don't wait much but if not, be patient; you need to wait at least 2 hours. In comparison to many other DMVs, this is not so bad!

Customer service really sucks in this facility. Pay close attention when you go in here, not even go to the bathroom, because they only call your number out three times, then you will be told to get another number and set there for three more hours.

You can't do this online. YOU CANT DO THIS BY MAIL. Your life is controlled by this government entity. You are one of the 49% that work hard to have a job and actually pay for this office to be open and the people there to have a job.
WHY THE HELL ARE THEY ONLY OPEN DURING NORMAL WORK HOURS FOR THOSE THAT ACTUALLY WORK! HOW ABOUT JUST STAYING OPEN TO 7 pm SOME DAYS!
If only some manager actually read these posts and tried to change thins!

Wow. Awesome service. After being in Europe for many years I was amazed how easy the process renew my license and obtain first time drivers license for my son. Congratulations for having a beautiful facility and excellent staff!

Totally un helpful.your website says u are open to 5 pm.my wife shows up at 445 and u tell her u stop servicing people at 440.thats complete and uder bullshit.u are funded thru our tax dollars and u should be open the times u say u are.u dont get a 20 min window to not help people.most people work 8 or 9 to 5 so for them to take off early to get there before 15 min before 5 and u not help them is bullshit

Friendly professional staff, but if you are looking at getting your license pack your lunch and bring a pillow. It took 3 hours to get a license, and I don't mean take the test, driving course and all that, we are taking about already have a license with the little star on it, just going in and renewing, like I said, the staff is very friendly and professional but their system is absolute junk.

Very very slow.i wasted 3 hours just to renew license.it was better to go for a test again as it would be quicker.staff doesnt know anything for everything they run to the manager

Waiting forever and my number was kind like never show up, left after 45 minutes for nothing. Went to lake Mary location next day, got in at 9am got out at 9: 17am, and I got my driver's license renewal.

I ask for some information because the wait is two hours and the receptionist did not know and could not help me i 2 hours into my wait the young lady in booth 11 for some help and she referred me to the previous lady and i told her, listen but she doesnt know anything i already asked her and her answer was i only know what number is next the tv.what kinda service is that?
