Sergio's Restaurant reviews
25Great food. They are getting a little pricey. I guess the renovations are being passed on to.the customers.
If you are in Coral Way visiting and want to try Cuban Food (and don’t speak Spanish) this is the place to go. Very clean and you will find English speaking waiters.
Yummy it's all I have to say! Coliflower rice with black beans and turkey picadillo. The bomb for those healthy options La flaca menu.
Everyone in this area knows Sergio's. Great food.
The place looks better than before. Gave it a 3 star because last three times we picked up our orders, it has been wrong (had to wait in the car until they fixed it). Apparently the staff aren't paying attention. Won't be going again for a couple months, hopefully the staff gets better.
My top place for Cuban food. It was so delicious. The place has a nice atmosphere. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.
It seems a nice place. We went for the first time because a friend posted a picture of a mimosa on Facebook. We were hungry and decided to go for lunch. The mimosa was good so was the Cuban sampler, but the service was bad, we felt that the waitress did no care about us, maybe because we were not dressed up with fancy clothes and a lot of make-up, who in the hell knows. She kept going to other tables and ignoring us. We get so angry, I wanted to leave without paying, but my friends didn’t let me. We wanted to have lunch and more mimosas. We decided to leave very angry and frustrated. On top of this, when the waitress came and we asked for the bill, she did not say anything, she never asked about how we felt, how was the food or the service or whether we wanted something else. I like tipping according to the service, but I wanted to give her zero tip. Poor thing, she was having a bad day. I hope if you go there you don’t go through the same.
The food here is always very consistent, I order very often. But today was not good. My cafe con leche tasted a bitter coffee taste. The rest of the food was Ok. Not as usually great.
I lives in Florida for many years in the past and never been before. I must say I was really impressed with the food here. Everything was cooked to perfection and the texture to the food was amazing. They have the best yuca fries I have ever had in my life.
This place is awesome. Breakfast food is good and fresh, they use wholesome ingredients and don't cook with too much butter, oil, etc. Lunch and dinner is good too. Also they just added a bunch of parking which is big bonus. A+
Today i went with my wife and we order one pan con bisteck and churrasco with tostones to go, what a disappointed.the steak was over fried and the churrasco disgusting and they charge us 34.01 we will never again go to that place.
I love the Sergio's combo breakfast, very affordable and delicious. The only place serving lactose free milk in the cafe con leche
The black beans have no seasoning or salt. The staff is ok, some food are made well others no. But the beans aren’t good always. Place is clean and the atmosphere is fine.
Great prices, great ambiance, food was good. Nice place to visit with friends and family. Amazing service!
Took some of my friend's from New York to this place to have some Latin Food and they loved. We got a nice table of 12 since we had a Latin Artist that performed at the Calle 8 parade we just had to wait to get 2 tables together but it didn't take long.
Been here a few times I like to have the croquetas with Cafe Con Leche at the window but I have sat down and eat and the service is good the food is so so but not bad for the price and it's essential location on Coral Way and 32nd
Came in for breakfast and we weree immediately offered a booth. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed eggs and Cafe con leche. The only thing that I didn't love was that the cuban bread was soft and spongey. They should take a little more time and put the bread in La Plancha for a few minutes (panini maker). The pricing is very fair.
Had breakfast here and the food was very good! I had the eggs Benedict only available on the weekends! The guayaba mojitos was also delicious - it came with blueberries and strawberries! A cafecito cubano to finish it off and all was great!
Okay food and okay service. The restaurant is not very clean and there's always traffic in it. Please don't get misled or fooled by high traffic. It happens to be strategically placed in a great convenient location and there cooks are usually very fast in getting the food out so many people go there. Enjoy!
Went to Sergio's on Coral Way for lunch take out. Ordered their sandwich Cubano especial. Took over 20 minutes waiting for it. When I opened the bag to eat it, it smelled bad. Ate half but didn't taste good at all. I couldn't push myself to eat the other half. An hour later I was sitting on the toilet. They should rename it sandwich cagalera. I threw out the other half. It's a shame since I go to the one on Kendall drive often and have good meals there, hence the three stars.
The best place to eat Cuban food in Miami. You’ll love the concept and the dishes are both Gourmet, Cuban authentic and fun
