22The property is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. All of the apartments have recently been remodeled and are lovely. I love living here. It's close to everything I need.
This is unbelievable. We have no water. Office is closed. Maintenace isn’t answering. I need water. We need water and Sherwood doesn’t seems to care. It’s very unsanitary especially during this pandemic. We need to shower, wash our hands and etc. Please fix it or apply credit to my rent.
I know I paid my water bill this month. Where is my water? Sherwood y’all have some explaning to do and while y’all are it take a few dollars off the rent please and thank you because this mess is your fault!
I have a friend who lives here. It looks like it is being remodeled. I like the new improved look.
The water has gone out atleast five times since I’ve been here. But other than that management is very good, Maria is very nice and helpful always. Ruben the maintenance staff is always there when you need him and goes above and beyond to be courteous to everyone in the community. Renovations are very nice. Love to be able to garden being that it is one story.
These apartments are really nice but they are uncomfortably hot especially in this Florida weather. Maintenance and the office staff respond quickly and are very nice but it seems like no matter what they do the AC issue is not being fixed. Something needs to be done immediately about the air conditioning.
Sebastian made the entire leasing process simple and was quick to respond, very helpful.
Maria greeted me on move in day with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude, pleasant experiences.
Ruben came immediately when I had an issue in the apartment first day, he introduced himself and made it clear that if I ever need anything I can make a service request and they will respond.
Thank you guys for making this a great place to live, it really shows that you care about the residents and our concerns.

I just wanted to shout out Ruben from maintenance! He is such a hard worker always polite and quick to address any maintenance issues. We had issues with our water heater and he worked even thru the weekend to get it fixed. Thank you Ruben and office team!
A lot of renovations. It has been quiet busy and back to back people entering your apartment.although they do give advance notice and are nice. Quality increase in living.granite countertops, new appliances.
Maintenance no complaints.very helpful.nice.
Management staff needs improvement. Building trust in the community would be a good start. Not very personable. No introduction to services. Got a random trash can outside that said Valet Trash is starting.
It is clear services are being added, which for the residents, translates to price hike in rent. However, the management is not up to par just yet with the type of crowd they are trying to attract with the looming and inevitable rent increase.
Place is quiet. There really isnt crime here (that we know of). Its hidden from explosive Riverview traffic.there has been significant move to make the place more green. This management is more proactive to take care of problems with the road, so that's a plus. Place is not the prettiest right now, but thats because of the ongoing renovations (understandably).
AC here you could put on whatever you want, it will only go down so much. Summers are pretty hot. Dont visit the model unit with the coldest AC i have ever had (hotel room style), but try to focus on your potential apartment prior to moving in.
Been living in this complex for almost two years. This is the third management company. They have been going under "renovations", but have failed to communicate effectively with the tenants. They really don't seem to care about us because they're biding their time to jack up our rates (mark my words).
We're going on day three of having a closed laundry room due to said renovations. Which by the way, wasn't told would be closed until after it already started! My neighbor literally knocked on my door to tell me I should move my car because they are painting the exterior and the office neglected to tell our building.
That's not even going into the fact we have had a couple plumbing issues but their plumber takes -five- hours to get here.
When they replaced the roof, they gave no one any warning. I work from home! I would have appreciated a heads up so I could have arranged to go into my office.
I feel like a hostage to my lease, after a year and a half of relative peace and quiet. If this is how they do renovations, imagine how terrible the management will be when their egos are bigger after everything is all said and done.
I’ve been living here for going on 3 years now.and let me tell you this complex is making a complete turnaround with new management. Not sure what the person was referring to before but Maria (Office Manager) has been communicating thoroughly! Previous managements were horrible! Smoking cigarettes all the time and doing whatever they want. Maria sends out emails, letters, and calls and I’m so thankful for that. People are upset because they’re finally enforcing the rules they should’ve been doing since the beginning (parking permits, etc.) & I love it. Too much was going on in the complex before so I’m happy we are getting structure. I can’t wait for the renovations to be completed. & yes, eventually rent will go up because of renovations but we’re in Riverview and still pay no where near as much as other apartments! So thank you Maria for your hard work! I look forward to change.
Great staff led by Maria that provided all info and resources to me to enable a smooth move in process. Very quiet community with beautiful tree landscape.
I've lived here for over 4 years, nice quiet community, responsive maintenance and friendly office staff. Great location, too.
I love it here Ms. Anilys & Ms. Ty are awesome! Last month we had a Halloween block party & Today we had a Thanksgiving Breakfast for the children & residents. I would highly recommend moving here. Management actually cares about their residents and treats us like family Can't wait to see what's in store for Christmas
Ha ha. Ha ha ha ha. So I see you couldn't get the $1000 a month for an un-updated 1 bedroom without washer and dryer hookup that you wanted when my lease came up a couple of years ago. How's that flooding issue at the entrance going? Did you ever upgrade to county sewer? Or does it still smell foul depending on the direction of the wind. By the way, nice touch on the ptac AC units vented into a wooden cabinet with a suggestion of a vent to the bedroom.
I was walking to my car this morning when I was loudly and proudly greeted good morning by Ani and Taisha and they waved me over for some free breakfast! As i walked over, Luis, shower me there was coffee, donuts, bananas, etc. I love what they do for the community! It truly makes it feel like a warm and safe place to live. Thank y’all!
Great new management Ms. Anilys & Ms. Ty treat you like family. Maintenance works very quickly to resolve all my problems & concerns. I really like how the community gives back by having events for the residents to show that they care. Today we had a great Thanksgiving Breakfast & just last month they had a Halloween Block Party. It was awesome I highly recommend
The apartments do not have central heat and air conditioning. It is miserably hot during the summer times and they refuse to install the central units needed for the buildings.
Its not worth the money you "save" in rent because your electric bill will be astronomical just to keep the apartment bearable, and thats with fans running all day and night.
Went to look at complex. Pix online are so deceiving! Place in real life on outside look horrible! Didn’t take tour! Total misrepresentation!
I just recently moved in and I love it here. They are all awesome and always fix any issues or concerns I have immediately. Anilys and the maintenance guys are truly great people! I would recommend this apartment complex highly.
