Walking around at night with your cell phone flashlight is pretty much standard, how dark it is. If you are looking to live here, MAKE SURE you visit during rain, at night, and so on. Especially Rain. Dont be surprised if you see the below photo telling you that the entrance is blocked. Then good luck making sure on the dark windy round that no one hits you from the back while you wait for the long stretch of road for people to exit out of the place in order to get in.
New management sucks. Cheap. Good luck getting them on the phone - I was placed on hold for 30 min and hung up. No longer can you come on Saturdays, because new management doesnt work those hours.
Good luck with every aspect of this living. Ridiculous when it rains. People have fallen in and gotten stuck and had to be pushed out.
Only advise I can give you is drive close to the right edge in order to make it through and pray your car tire doesnt pop.

Please dont reply to this message with your standard insert language.

[reply] New management has been in place now for 2 months +.

Love the staff and the "off the beaten path" from the hustle and bustle. Love the live oak trees and the calming atmosphere. Still very dark at night with many of the property lights being out. Only the area around the entrance and pool areas are adequately lit. The only issue I might have is the path created by the maintenance guys driving through the "grassy" areas. I did bring this up with Sharon but the issue continues to worsen. I mean.they have the cart to drive on pavement.why mess up the little green we have? BTW.is there no sprinkler system to water the common areas?
