I can not say enough good things about SYCN. Ryan Serpa handled the shipping of my 1930 Ford Model A from Oklahoma City to my home in Massachusetts in a thoroughly professional, personalized manner. My inquiries were responded to promptly, and the vehicle was delivered when promised at a very reasonable price.

While everybody is friendly, their service is very, very lacking.
Was told my car would be picked up at 2 pm, it was after 6 pm. Was told it would be delivered at 12pm, it was delivered after 4pm and 2 phone calls with the driver.
While their prices are somewhat cheaper, it is not worth the aggravation for the few pennies saved.
When I did a company review for them, they asked me to call them. I thought Yay! Some help or apology.something.
SO LAUGHABLE! The number they gave was for their call center and to people who had no idea what was going on, other than it was a "completed" contract!

I had two cars shipped from WA to AZ. The driver was on time and very proffesssional. He delivered the cars ahead of schedule and I was very pleased with the handling of my vehicles. I highly recommend this auto transport company!

Called on Sunday and got immediate response. Was asked to call back in an hour that work would begin immediately on my request for shipping. I called back and got details of the shipping to occur on Monday morning. Price was resonable and service was terrific. I would very much recommend ShipYourCarNow.

I gave 5 stars because the process was made transparent, putting me in control. Everything was explained on how the business end worked and I felt comfortable with the company. The marketplace is like an auction so I was able to set a price which reflected my personal requirements, which were very flexible.

Called to set up moving two cars from South Jersey to Wilmington NC. I called two months out and was told I would hear back in a few a few weeks.to my surprise I got a call a few days later that a driver would take both cars. Everything went as planned with SYCN. Moving is stressful enough and SYCN made it less stressful. Price was great and service with the driver the best. Both cars were in the same condition as they were in Jersey. Thanks Ron.

They have 24 hour customer service and I was able to reach a rep when a driver came early in the morning. The price and service were great! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to pick up my car in CO and deliver it to my home in IN in less than a week. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future if needed!

After waiting 10 days and getting ripped off for $150.00 I called Ship your Car Now. Wow, in two days my auto was picked up and got to the destination on schedule. The driver Dan was excellent and I highly recommend this company.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Promised to pick up my car on Monday or Tuesday TODAY ITS WEDNESDAY - NO ONE SOWED UP and the manager is telling me that its nothing to do with him it is the drivers.he does not allow me to cancel and get my money back saying that EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT PICK UP THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE!
Be careful! These guys don't honor their own promises!

I was in a bad situation when a different auto transport confirmed my auto shipment then fell through 48 hours before my flight. I called ship your car now -I talked to Steve and I wish I had from day one! He got me transport for the next day and was upfront with all costs, checked in with me about the status, and overall I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.

The only reason I give them two stars is because they actually make you laugh one of the worst companies in the industry if actually I could give them two stars negative I would do that

Spoke to Jody Danow for a quote for transporting my boyfriend's car. He quoted me almost $400 more than his associate (Rich) quoted my boyfriend during a previous conversation. Then he tried to bully me into accepting his quote while he bad-mouthed his associate. When I told him no because I felt he had no integrity, he put my boyfriend's car on the board to keep us from getting other fair quotes from other companies.

He retaliated because I caught him strong arming us all. He is a bully and If he is not the owner of this company, he is doing them a disservice by representing them with his underhanded ways.

Horrible experience in every way!

I was in a real bind when I called Ship Your Car Now. My daughter had contracted a transport company in Santa Barbara, California to ship her car to Florida but they left here hanging on the day they were supposed to pick up the car. She was traveling the next day herself and was completely at a loss what to do and was even considering driving the car herself. I could not let her do that! Desperately I took to the internet and found Mr Sean Lent from Ship Your Car Now and I will be forever grateful. Sean told me of course he could help me, to tell my daughter to get on that plane the next day, not to worry he would take care of everything. And he sure did! He arranged everything so quickly and sure enough they picked up the car as promised. I was able to talk to the driver and he very kindly kept me informed. Today the car arrived and we are so happy and grateful. Thank you Sean you went above and beyond and we appreciate it tremendously. Keep up the good work.
