Company as a whole is a great company, but extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the employee (Jody) who works in the dispatch department. He was extremely rude and disrespectful.received a call from this person with nothing but swears.

This was my first time shipping a vehicle, and the service was so poor that I had to take my business elsewhere. I must add a caveate, the customer service was much better when calling the toll free number compared to other direct customer service numbers. Nonetheless, I was told that my vehicle would be picked up on Monday with a delivery date for Wednesday. The driver never showed on that Monday, and when I contacted the broker (Jay Woessner) who scheduled the delivery he went ghost. I could not get in contact with him on his personal cell or when I called the office and was transfered to his work number. This mouse chase went on for 2-3 days. I spoke with numerous customer service repersentatives who claimed to be working hard to find a driver but with no avail. Some representatives suggested raising the price by $200 to make the trip more attractive. At this point I decided to contact other brokers who ultimately were able to find a driver for close to $300 cheaper within 30 minutes of contacting them with a delivery date that was quick, and even noted that they saw my bid out there and that I was being charged too much by "Ship Your Car Now". I called "Ship Your Car Now" to ensure my refund was processed and I was told that 1) my refund was processed on Monday (the day in which my vehicle was originally suppose to be picked up) — which leads me to think that they were not actively trying to find someone to transport my vehicle and 2) "We have a driver who can transport your vehicle but it will be there next Monday" (an entire week after the original pick up day). The point is this, if I would not have called to get my refund I am not sure when "Ship Your Car Now" was planning to tell me they had a driver. Secondly, until I spoke with a 2nd person about my refund every single person was rude and seemed as if they did not want to do their jobs — if you do not like liasing with people then do not work in customer service, simple. Finally, if the plans change and you lose a driver, contact me and let me know.don't become uncontactable. If you do not have a strict deadline for your car to be delivered or have a lot of patience with evasive customer service then this is the place for you to take your business!

Had the honor of dealing with Mr. Sean Lent. I was told on a Friday around noon that my car would be picked up Saturday, worst case scenario Sunday to head for a quick 6 hour shot from Georgia to Florida. After waiting around all day Saturday with no calls, I called the 800 number on the contract Sean sent, and was told I needed to speak with Sean. No answers all day, so I called back again around 3, at which point the lady that answered told me Sean should have let me know that the carrier they had hired out had broken down and they’d be in touch. Sunday I emailed Sean again asking what was going on, and he responded with “I never told you a date”. I called Sean, at which point he explained to me that he had not said that, and that he would shoot for Monday or Tuesday. I explained to Sean that he had not told me that, and had assured me Saturday or Sunday worst case scenario, at which point Sean said “what you chose to hear is not my problem, I did not give you any hard dates”.

Do yourself a favor and run from this company. I should have read the reviews before I hired a group like this. I own multi-family properties throughout GA and FL and if any of my employee’s spoke to a client/tenant the way Mr. Lent did, they would be FIRED on the spot.

I was in a major bind with another carrier backing out at the last minute, non the less on moving day. I scrambled to find a new carrier and Sean called me back immediately after looking for a new carrier. He was nothing but exceptional with his customer service, providing much needed relief on such short notice. Got my car to Kansas in good timing and on budget. I will use this company again with my moves.

After having in emergency and having to ship our car home on vacation I did not know what to do I tried another person at first he took $150 for me never called me back. I didn't tried another company who did not have the resources to promise me pick up. I then called David he had my car picked up on time my car came home in two days and it was in perfect condition. Make sure you use this company the business is complicated they rely on a bucket type system you will be Aggravated disappointed and out money if you choose another company I get five stars because they deserve it I would recommend them above anybody else

I call to inquire a quote, and after I told the agent the pickup and arrival cities, he just goes that they don't do that and just hangs up. Horrible.

My first time having a vehicle shipped. I was having my son's vehicle shipped from Louisiana to California. I called A-1 Transportation and dealt with a guy by the name of Jason. He was wonderful. Global transportation picked up the car. The driver of Global Transportation was wonderful as well. My son's car was delivered on time with no complications. I would highly recommend using these two transportation companies in the future. They were both on point and very professional.

Sean was my csr and the process was smooth and easy. I was worried as this was my first time getting my car shipped as the reviews were horrendous. It was shipped from Ohio to AZ. The cost was 1100. $250 to SYCN and the rest to Pro Transport LLC; which was the company who delivered my car and they were awesome and delivered my car earlier than expected and they gave timely updates.

Great customer service! Steve L.helped me ship my car from MA to Northern California in a time efficient manner. He helped me find a carrier around a snowstorm, and last minute change in pick up location. I will definitely use again.

The company as a whole is probably a good company but beware of their sales people some do not know what they are doing and will tell you anything to get your business but in the end your car may or may not get delivered. They are not a carrier but an organization that relies on carriers to get your move done. Depending on how their presentation to the carrier is made will determine if your car gets moved. You would be better off working directly with a carrier than this company. Montway would be a much better option

Hands down the best experience for shipping a car EVER! Mark Frater was very persistent in gaining my business and he did.not gonna lie I was skeptical at first because I got the run around from other companies, but not Mark and the Ship Your Car team! I was shipping a VW MANX for my mom on her birthday and they got it there with short notice on time for her birthday! I will definitely be referring customers to you! Thank you once again!

This review is for Mark Frater from Ship Your Car Now. He made my car move so easy, I discussed with him about the car transport in 5 minutes and everything was done. They picked up the car on time and delivered the car before time. Great service. Less price.
