Shoot Straight Casselberry

Very positive place to purchase a rifle, I purchased a Springfield saint AR 15, very pleased with the whole experience.very professional staff, the background Process was very smooth, waited 3 days for the background to come back. I cleared with no problems. The staff doubled checked my paperwork and I was good to go. Going to purchase a had in the future from them, thank you shoot straight again for everything.

Horrible experience went in with my husband for support on the right decision and was told we couldn’t purchase because he asked for me to see the gun! And was told he had to fill out paper work for a gun I wanted to purchase, why would he do the paper work if i want it! Feel racially profiled!

They are my go to place for FFL transfer, but place is COVID 19 free zone. Majority of employees don’t wear masks nor do the customers. Store doesn’t enforce local regulations.

Needs to do better with consumer service someone answer was not really talking with bunch noise in the background

Brandon, and Dustin went above and beyond for me. I've never in my life had the customer service at a gun store like I did today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Brandon even helped install sights/ and helped me after the fact to. Fantastic staff.

Knowledgeable and patient staff and big clean shop. Also the only air-conditioned range in Orlando which is important in Florida:)

If you enjoy overpriced firearms, rude staff, and high range wait times, this place is for you! Waited an hour and a half just to be told that they close in 15 minutes. Of course they didnt let me know before hand. Thanks for wasting my day guys!

Decent place but prices are a little high with no breaks for more people using same lane. I don’t get why a business trying to make money wouldn’t do a deal if the people were using one lane multiple people. Guess they don’t want the business.

I've had nothing but awesome experiences at this location. Currently, I have made several purchases at this location. Every time I have had a different sales person and every time the have been nothing short of awesome. I have also used their range. This experience was also very positive. I highly recommend this place.

I went to the Casselberry store last week to purchase a gun for my wife. She has arthritis in her hands so I wanted to make sure she would be able to handle the trigger pull before I purchased a pistol for her. We found one that looked like it would work but the person behind the counter refused to let her dry fire it. We went to another gun shop and purchased that very pistol from them after they let her dry fire it. I wasn't going to say anything about this but we went back to Casselberry today and got totally upset with them. We went to use the range today and had the following conversation.
Them: That will be $34 for one hour, and you have to use the same lane.
Me: What it would cost for one person, one lane?
Them: $17.00.
Me: Ok, give us two lanes!
Them: We can't, you both have to use the same lane!
Now, I don't know about you, but that math just doesn't add up to me. Last time at that store for me! Hello Shooters World! Yes!

Super rude employees! Came here to use the range and they were really busy so they put us on the wait list saying to come back in an hour. We showed up and they said the range closes in 15 minutes? Waste of time They didn’t even apologize or explain why it happened, the gentleman was just rude. Don’t go here! The prices are also over the top.

We are regulars at Shoot Straight Casselberry. The staff are usually courteous and try to get you into a booth of your choice as soon as possible. The only negative feedback I have is to suggest that members (who pay $225+/year) should get preferential access to booths when there is limited a availability. As it is, on a weekend it is likely that we will wait 45 min to an hour or simply leave as there is nowhere to sit.

Went in there to look at a firearm, made them aware i was a veteran with a tbi, so i was going to need some help and they agreed but then proceeded to treat me like i was an idiot because i didn't understand what they were talking about and talked down to me in a negative manor and as a disabled veteran i have never been so disrespected

Every Staff member I encountered was a professional. Was pleased with my experience here. First time at an indoor gun range.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always quick to welcome me. The range staff is beyond helpful most of the time and always willing to go a step further than they should. Honestly if you take the time to read this please keep in mind most bad reviews are from scorned people.

Clean air conditioned rifle and pistol range. Store is nicely set up with decent amount of inventory. Asking prices on most items way overpriced unless on sale though.

Went to purchase a firearm, and as a person with disability's, i was treated like i was dumb and talked down to.did not expect to get treated like that.

My wife when and took her class fast and professional when and did her fingerprints and just receive her license great job guys.

This place is great. I’ve purchased firearms from here for great prices and the range is very nice.

Will not buy another gun from Shoot Straight, greedy people.overcharged $100 than the regular price because supply and demand. That`s how they treat their customers.
