I love Sarah she was amazing she took the time to show us but the other Guy Name Ryan he is the worst don’t go with him bad experience with his costumer service, very Rude.

Came here to buy a gun for my husband and they guy that helped me was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable as a first time gun purchase

Will not buy another gun from. Shoot Straight. Owner goes beyond the letter of the law to limit our second amendment rights at his gun shows. We have enough enemies of the second amendment without his help. Will not buy another gun from his stores. Will not attend his gun shows again.

I've been to all of their locations they're nothing but a bunch of arrogant people never shop here

Super bad service and very disrespectful. My wife and I bought a new Glock with them last week, (we are new in firearms). When we went to pick it up and ask for bullets the guy treat us like we were dumb and apparently he was born with gun knowledge or something, he even grabbed the gun case roughly from my wife's hands to check what caliber was. We did not say anything because there was other people and we have manners not like their employees. I don't recommend them and never will

I buy guns all the time and have no issues. But i bought a core 15 and waited 8 months! Just ordered a mossburg shockwave and 3 lower recievers and they wont give me what i have already bought. I just buyght a cz p10 down the street 3 days ago. There range is great people are nice but buying guns from these people is like pulling teeth.

I very much enjoy shooting here, the lanes are air conditioned with an adjustable vent over each lane. You are able to rent firearms to shoot if you have a ccw. There are cheaper places to shoot but their ranges are usually very hot. If you cant get to an outdoor range, shoot straight is the best. Their ccw and gun safety classes are reasonably priced as well, and taught without any political agenda thrown in.

Have bought a few guns from here before, but after this experience for an FFL transfer, never again. They told me I had to wait, till the next day, while they "logged" the weapon so law enforcement knows they received the gun blah blah blah; this is a blatant lie as i have walked into other FFLs, as they opened my sealed firearm from the shipper, and transferred firearms within 30 minutes of recieving from fedex. Shoot straight was also informed 3 days prior that it would be arriving when it did. I will drive further and pay more for my transfer next time at a different shop, so I can get what I pay for as soon as it is available. If they are short handed and can't do it immediately they need to tell the truth, hire more people, and not blame the BATF for delaying my transfer. Love the guys behind the counter but policy and ethics are severely lacking since some of us are ACTUAL gun guys and know how these things are SUPPOSED to work.

This is the first time I've shot at their range, and I can tell you this place has really raised the expectation for its industry. The guy who helped me was looking out for me the whole the time, fantastic level of service, I wish I knew his name. I was recommended to this range by another user when I asked for his recommendation.he led me to a great place and I WILL definitely be back many more times. I highly recommend this place.

Extremely rude staff. I drove 2 hours to purchase an AR and was promised that I could walk out with it the same day. I chose my gun and was then told that I could not purchase the gun because it was 1 minute after close. The staff was beyond rude it was disgusting and they made sure to let me know that my business wasn't needed or cared about in the slightest bit. I will never come to a Shoot Straight again and would not recommend it to anyone who appreciates being taken care of. They lied to me over the phone to get me to come in and then I left without the gun I wanted with full intention of purchasing the gun. Terrible service and half of the guns had dog/cat hair inside of the slides which was gross. The 2 guys up front were completely rude and unhelpful and are LIARS. I left empty handed and pissed off because I was lied to. I will never recommend Shoot Straight to anyone and I've been shooting my whole life, I probably would've spent over $50,000 in the store over my lifetime but thank God I had this experience or I would have. Terrible staff, terrible service, dirty guns, scratched up "brand new guns" and arrogant clerks. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. Will never ever come here again.

I was here for over 30 minutes and I got zero help. At my local shop someone would come up to you as soon as you walk in the door. There were 3 customers there and over 6 employees. The extra Employees were standing around talking and didn't even acknowledge I walked in the door. I left and went to my CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED SHOP, The Armories in Oviedo. These employees would rather talk to each other than make a sale. I won't be coming back. Little did they know, I had a $2,600 budget and was looking for new hearing protection and an AR-15, as well as 9MM ammo for other firearms I own. Although they would have known if someone talked to me, they all looked too busy hanging out with each other than helping someone to bother.

Great place to shop for the discerning individual wanting self protection. Excellent selection of weapons to choose from.
