I had the pleasure of being helped by Cliff who gave me his recommendation and what is popular in the market, very knowledgeable. Together with Anthony, they helped me build my brand new kel tec ksg and educated me on how to use the attachments. Was very happy with the time and attention I received from each of them. 5 stars for great customer service would definitely Reccomend swing them on your next purchase of anything firearm related! I went to this place for the first time a couple of days ago, needed to find a range near me and boy I did. Great location, beautiful store and really nice range. Had the chance to talk to Mathew he sold me one of the memberships. I really enjoyed our convo, i think nowadays is hard to find people who truly enjoy what they do, he provided a great customer experience. Definitely my go to range.

I've bought several guns from shoot straight- 9 to be exact, but from the (GUN SHOW). I've been to the SHOOT STRAIGHT location on 441 by 595 and I've NEVER bought anything from that store. Today is the absolute LAST time I'll ever go to that store. ITS NOT A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND THEY DONT WORK WITH YOU LIKE THEY DO THE GUN SHOW. I WAS THERE TODAY AND THEY HAVE PLENTY OF STAFF AND NOT 1 PERSON OFFERED TO HELP ME OR ASKED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I CAME FROM WORK AND I GUESS I DIDNT LOOK LIKE I HAD THE MONEY TO SPEND.
IM NOT WASTING MY TIME HERE AGAIN!

Had an amazing experience at Shoot Straight today from my initial phone call to my purchase. I called to see if they buy used firearms, which they do. Steve informed me of this and let me know to bring in my exchange unloaded and in a case. When I got there Steve was busy with other clients, but I was fortunate to have Bernice take care of me. She was incredible! I was offered a fair price for my trade-in which brought the price of my new Glock down substantially. The paperwork was done in a prompt and timely manner and I was on my way. It’s employees like Bernice that will have me refer my friends and family to Shoot Straight for all their firearm needs. Thank you all for making it such a great and enjoyable experience!

Staff lacks knowledge. I called Shoot Straight to ask if they had the Sig Sauer p320 XCompact in stock. The man on the phone checked and told me they had it. So, I drove 40 minutes from Miami Beach to check it out. I have not held this gun and am interested because I have small hands. I asked salesperson who greeted me to see the XCompact. She showed it to me, but didn't know what the other similar sized Sigs were next to it. She knew nothing about these guns and had difficulty handling them. I found the guy from the phone who told me the XCompact was in stock, and had him help me. We discussed, the guns, the p320 Compact (not Xcompact) which was surprisingly smaller than the XCompact. This didn't make sense. When I removed the mag, I saw it was a 17 round mag and I told him this is strange because the XCompact has a 15 round mag. This was news to him. I showed him the Sig website where the mag capacity is 15. Turns out he was showing me the p320 XCarry, which is larger and has 17 rounds. Both staff members didn't know the difference. Their guns are unmarked, lacking names or product codes for identification. Crazy! I drove all that way for this? Next, he told me that they had a shipment that had arrived that day and was being unpacked and maybe there was an XCompact there. He checked with the unpacker, came back and said I was in luck. He had an XCompact in the shipment. This was about 1: 30pm. He then informed me that they were closing early at 5: 00 pm due to the holiday and that I could not buy the gun today since 3 1/2 hours wasn't enough time to put the gun into their system. He invited me to put a deposit on it and return after the Christmas holiday. At this point I shook his had and walked out quite disappointed. I then drove to Nexus (my first visit to both places) 10 minutes away and they had several XCompacts and knew what they were. Their guns are on the wall and all are marked with big letters saying exactly what the models are, so no problems with gun identification! Shoot straight staff needs better education and they need to mark their products. Lastly, When I told the salesman that I want to buy a Sig p365 XL, so that I could swap slides with the shorter barrel p365, he didn't believe that was possible. I assured him they were interchangeable as I had seen several videos, but he was still skeptical. Ugh!

Website suggests international tourists can arrive and shoot. This isn’t the case. You cannot hire a gun and shoot here. Head to somewhere else instead. I suggest that Shoot Straight amend their website to make this clear!

Worst customer service I experienced in my life. Selling firearm under miss leading information. Employers and shop managers don't know the actual firearm laws and there own shop policies. This shop is very disappointing. Wasted 2 days in this shop, what could have been done in 10 minutes

They won't let you shoot stuff they can't reload and their ammo prices are double that of a regular store.
If you have your own ammo, not terrible.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff without being condescending. Usually have plenty of open ports with the range itself is clean and solid ventilation. Selection is also pretty stellar. They also offer a very informative and relatively inexpensive concealed carry class that I would absolutely recommend.

A very strong "elitist" attitude was felt walking through the store and from the interaction with the associates. It's not my job to "service you" when I'm there to spend half a $K or more on firearms. Work on your attitude and service. You're doing more harm than good in an already shaky environment in the firearms world.

I would go here weekly for about two years. Staff was consistently well trained. Lanes are well maintained. Love the selection of firearms. Well managed.
