Shoot Straight Fort Lauderdale

Horrible customer service, hands down worst service I have received Probrably from any retailer.too bad I was actually there to purchase a high ticket item but I'm glad, now I can do that elsewhere.

I am fairly new to hand guns. I've been a hunter of duck, quail, squirrels, rabbit, and deer, However, in this current environment of human hunting, I decided to purchase a couple of hand guns to protect myself and have gotten some good advice at Shoot Straight. I found a clean, friendly place for a gun range for target practice. I also bought a couple of pistols there. I would prefer that there were greater controls on firearms. Since that has not happened, I've taken another look at how I best handle the situation for myself.

I've bought several guns from shoot straight, but from the (GUN SHOW). I've been to the SHOOT STRAIGHT location on 441 by 959 and I've NEVER bought anything from that store. Today is the absolute LAST time I'll ever go to that store. ITS NOT A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND THEY DONT WORK WITH YOU LIKE THEY DO THE GUN SHOW. I WAS THERE TODAY AND THEY HAVE PLENTY OF STAFF AND NOT 1 PERSON OFFERED TO HELP ME OR ASKED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I CAME FROM WORK AND I GUESS I DIDNT LOO LIKE I HAD THE MONEY TO SPEND.
IM NOT WASTING MY TIME HERE AGAIN!

Range sign in employees are rude and do not know the law.said its against the law to sell ammo to someone under 21 and refused to sell me rifle ammo saying "its a store policy", which is code for some made up bullcrap.its not like i was even going to leave the store with ammo.i was using the range.will not return.contacted the place to see if i can get a refund for the 5 minutes i spent on the range with only the 30 rounds that i PURCHASED LEGALLY at another store.lets see if they reply.last time i was there they also refused to sell me a rifle because i was not 21 (many months ago before the new law). Said its against the law and store policy.thats also bull.if you're uncomfortable selling to someone under 21 then thats fine just say so ill just not spend my money there but dont make up some bullcrap about how the store wont let you.this store has literraly missed out on me spending thousands of dollars

I drove from miami to ft lauderdale to see them because of their large inventory. I was surprised at the great customer service I received. I ended up purchasing from them. They also assisted me with fiing the right holster.
I will definitely keep buying from them in the future.
