Cars are new. Check in and getting a car is a lil slow.drop off is great. Ill knw more abt the charges after.hope they dont screw me with nonsense chsrges

Great staff at the Lake Buena Vista location. Ana is fast and courteous. I definitely would recommend renting from Sixt.

Sixt car rental was great. I got the exact car I booked and the ride was absolutely perfect. The customer service at the Sheraton location was great. I never felt rushed. Thank you Melissa T for the great service and explaining everything to me.

Some locations closed due to covid didn't find out till the day of. Rented a 2021 Yukon xl only 5000.00 miles on it inside is dirty something is hanging off the back definitely not sanitized won't rent from this company again associates were polite but you can tell the company is just very unorganized

Sixt has a wide range of luxury car for rent. And I got my rental car in Sixt Orlando Sheraton office. The reception girl is so nice and helpful and patient, we got a perfect Cadillac SUV almost brand new for my whole week trip in Florida. The price is relatively fair and good compared with other rental companies. The service for sure is perfect. Definitely I will use a Sixt service again in future and would love to share with my friends. I am happy that I made a right choice this time. Thank you!

It is small rental office inside the hotel. There was only a girl working there. She got the car in canopy for us, strange she did not do car inspection with us, inside or out. When i dropped car at different location, FLL airport, an employee checked it inside and out and made remarks of paper he had. I was worried what if they charge me extra for which i am not liable, like scratches on body or parking break malfunction light which was already On when i picked vehicle. But invoice came back normal, no extra charges. Means that girl at sheraton had everything written may be in her system!

I have mixed feelings about this place. I rented from them twice. 1st experience was decent. Price was good. 2nd time was a bit different. Rented and selected the vehicle online. On arrival they claimed to not have the vehicle we selected and tried to give us one we were not comfortable with. After my wife's insistent refusal and more suitable option miraculously appeared. Please remember to document the gas level when you pick up the vehicle. I received a vehicle with less than a full tank. Was told to return the vehicle the same was I received it. I returned the vehicle with MORE gas than I received it with. Was told that if I didn't go full it all the way up I would be charged $10 per gallon to fill it. So I did.couldn't be bothered with the foolishness. Very disappointing experience.

The agent at the counter Rob (Robbie) @Lk Buena Vista, Sheraton location was very pleasant to deal with, he was professional upon arrival and when returning the vehicle.
He had great customer service skills definately an asset to the company. My vehicle was very comfortable (although it did need an alignment and someone had smoked in it) other than that everything was great, price was as promised ️great job sixt and kudos to Robbie!

Little confusing, wasn’t expecting it to be inside a resort & I had to wait 15-20 extra mins cause the car that was assigned to me was dirty, even though I had reservations w the car. Besides that it all went smooth

The problem started when I wanted to anticipate the withdrawal of the vehicle. I had made the reservation through the app and I couldn't change it.
I personally went to
and it was closed with a poster on the phone door for contact, I called 20 times and the phone was off.after waiting for 2 hours the store opened and I was attended to, I explained the case and they offered me an upgrade, which would be free, but to my surprise they charged 20 more dollars.even though I was in a hurry, the car delayed 20 min and they decided to cancel the uograde and gave me the car I had already booked.a pity, pessimo.

The best car rental.so sweet and nice.my car wasn’t ready to be picked up and the lady gave me a suv that I loved.definitely will rental again when I come back to Florida.very nice and professional

I won't be returning to Sixt Rental. Each time I go there by each agent behind the desk there is a different rule or policy. To the point their getting ready to not rent the vehicle to me. I came back after my first experience which was great and thought it would continue. But with each visit after that first visit the good experience just started to decline. Forget about calling sixt by 800# or the local office that you rent from you can't get anyone on the phone to help you. No answer or your on the line forever. The automated system will tell you to do one thing then turn around and say oh you'll have to go online and then the online is referring back to calling. Completely frustrating. Which each visit to get a rental the agents seemed unsure what their policies were. This last one was the last straw for me. I went to drop off the car, I was days late from when I was supposed to have dropped off.the supervisor told me ok after taking the key that I didn't need to do anything else. I said but I'm days behind from when I suppose to drop off. And I want to use a different card to pay she told me no their going to use the card that's on file. She didn't even go into the computer to look. I said I prepaid and I used my credit card for the deposit but I want to use a different card to pay for my final bill. She refused saying they dont use 2 different cards. I said what about my receipt? She says it will be sent to you. I said ok what will I be charged? That's when she went into the computer and gave me a guestimate saying $150ish. This what happened with this girl did not happen the last time. When I did get the bill it was 2 days later. I was charged $249 way, off from what this supervisor said. I don't do business this way. I'm telling you I want to you a different card you dont even check my account then give me wrong figure and I get a bill 2 days later with something different what was said to me. I'm not with that. What if the card couldn't take the amount? Then what? Im the consumer I should be able to choose what payment I want. I feel I have spent alot of money with sixt but no more. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Just sad. I gave 2 stars bc the cars were good. Sixt need to work on professionalism knowledgeable people and doing business properly. Goodbye.

Second time using Sixt, cannot fault the staff, as they were all friendly. I would have liked the actual car requested but what I got was just as good, if slightly not so practical. No hesitation in using them again.

Very poor experience and passive aggressive attitude of staff. Be very careful to check your invoice. I explicitly said I did not want all of those silly extras these people always trying to sell you on top of the policy most of which are useless. Regardless the salesperson added $200 worth of extras on top of my prepaid rental. Pretty damn disappointing really. The cars do not even offer that good value any more

Don't use this company! I rent a car and just at the last day they let me know I could not go out of state. I had prepaid and lost ALL MY MONEY! Customer Service never works and there is nobody there to help you. Employee at the Sheraton at Lake Buena Vista just don't answer my calls and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. HORRIBLE! Don't use it!

Worst customer service and lack of training at the Sixt Sheraton on lake buena vista. They don’t care about customer service one bit. Never renting from Sixt again even if it was free. I rather pay 3 times the price with another company. Corporate has no idea of the employees they have representing the brand. I even to voice a complaint directly to the branch and the employee was so unprofessional that ended hunging up on me.
