This company is awful! The service we received was so incredibly rude. The office was empty with 6 employees standing speaking to each other with no acknowledgement. Finally, when we persisted for assistance they could care less and then notified us we could not drive the car out of state and will not refund us. No where in my reservation does it state that we can’t take the car. Customer support number would never answer as well. Pitiful business, don’t be scammed by this company!

They cannot accept cash, even if I asked when I rented the car. The staff member said it was an issue that happened before but there was no solution because the "managers were on vacation", "all of them". What kind of business keeps its locations working without someone to solve their problems. Awful.
The service was good though, and the person at the counter was really kind and helpful.
I almost changed my reservation site after reading some of these reviews, but I had a good experience staff was courteous and relatively quick. Location is a little small however, I do that see how they could change that.
They are a scam here. Service is horrible and the cars are basic models. The car I got had 30,000 miles on it. That’s a lot of miles for a Benz
I have rented from this location many times and have had no issues. Gabriela M provided exceptional customer service with all of my rentals.
You cannot get these people on the phone. I have tried over and over again to call them. Each time I call the phone hangs up on me. I'm calling to simply ask a quick question about my existing rental agreement. What if I was calling and had an emergency with one of their cars? NOT COOL Sixt! I even tried to go in as someone making a new reservation and their automated phone system HANGS UP ON ME! I guess I should have used Hertz, Enterprise, or one of the other 10 popular rental car companies.
