Smith Kia of Merritt Island, Cocoa FL

I bought our Kia from Cocoa Kia (when they were on Merritt Island) and have used their new Cocoa facility since they moved. By the way, facility is amazing. The entire staff is professional, friendly and go out of the way to give you the best experience possible. The service department has been exceptional. I schedule my service on the web (very easy and user friendly) and when I drop off, I have never been delayed. Vehicle is immediately put in the system and taken back to the mechanics for its service. In and out in a reasonable time (average 1.5 hrs). I wish I knew all the names of the service department as they are excellent, but Thomas Rodgers stands out. A outstanding young man, who rolls out the red carpet for everyone of his customers. The service manager is to be congratulated for an outstanding staff as well as the Kia manager. Keep up the Outstanding work/service Cocoa Kia!

Word of warning, always secure your own financing before going to any dealer or you WILL get shafted.

If youve seen the vid where they judge people and think they cant afford based on looks this place runs like that They will lie and play you like they did me and my wife and very unprofessional to say we have to see the exact amount you have in your bank account can you show us on your phone and much more car is great however 3males in staff and the lady in financing will cheat ya

This dealership makes your feel like a person and not just a number. The salesman sat with me while waiting for the finance department. He answered all my questions and WAS NOT pushy! I was able to do most of the deal over the phone- I arrived and was greeted at the door by my salesman, taken on a tour of the building, taken to my car that was already gased and ready for me to take off. I was in and out in about an hour or so. The entire staff was very welcoming. The whole experience made me feel like a million dollars. Best part I am just an average girl but now with a great car!

Nice area to sit while you wait for service with snack and beverages. Too the car in early for us and was done with the oil change within 30 minutes.

I came to look and get information, I left with a 2021 Sportage Kia, all in about 3 hrs. All personal that I was in contact with at this place of business worked with me in that limited time and were fantastic. I actually enjoyed buy my car. Thanks guys! God bless all. Sales people were friendly and no pressure when looking for a new KIA. Was not able to make the numbers work so purchased elsewhere but they were super nice

I recommend this Kia dealership out of all of them in Brevard County! They (Zachary) went above and beyond to help me trade in my car that I already owed money on. I’m not an easy person to deal with in these situations and they made this as painless as possible. I have no shame in admitting I’m ridiculous lol! Thank you for everything Zachary!

Went there to buy a car, told them we already had our OWN financing through our bank, but they decided to increase the amount of the car we wanted to buy, therefore We will NEVER go back there again.

Darla was Awesome yesterday! She had great positive energy, Excellent customer service, and was not pushy in any kind of way! We went in yesterday because we were at the 2 year mark in our lease on our Optima. We wanted to purchase our car but ending up leaving in a brand new Optima. James our salesman and Blake helped us negotiate a payment that was close to what we were paying with our lease. Everyone there was very nice and patient. Jordan in finance went through the paper part of the transaction smoothly and quickly.

Wife took her Kia to this dealer for service on multiple occasions. Every time I had to replace what they "fixed". First it was the valve cover gasket. The technician over torqued the valve cover so the gasket leaked oil. Easy fix for me but I shouldn't have to go back and fix their mistake. The latest was the rear brakes. Brakes were clicking whenever she stopped. Turns out the technician over torqued the rear drum when reinstalling. So I had to replace the wheel bearing and the crush bolt.

Jason Hairston was absolutely amazing. Exceeded my expectations and was totally professional. The entire experience was quick and painless.
