A very smooth experience. My salesman Ted Kilano, who is new to the business, handled the transaction like a pro. He was polite, and addressed our concerns. Negotiating the product was easy and considerate on Ted's and his managers part. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business. The Sportage EX that I leased, is a near perfect vehicle in every way.
They took very good care of us and our salesman Jeff was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Ron, Jordan and all the rest of the guys there were very helpful and made our buying experience a good one. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!
Went for oil change service was ok however I've had a persistent problem with my Rio pinging and knocking service advisor told me if check engine light wasn't on there was nothing wrong with the car. I disagree
Really liked the Kia Sedona, the salesman-Jason-was great, but the finance guy-Jordan-lost the deal. Very aggressive, loud, and condescending. Will be looking elsewhere.
Very aggressive! I went to the bathroom and the bald creepy guy tried to force my girlfriend to sign an agreement before we knew the terms. Older bearded manger came over and was equally aggressive and rude! This was behond pushy sales! NOT A PLACE I WOULD EVER BRING MY FAMILY OR LOVED ONES EVER!
5 Stars because they their job right. They worked hard trying to resolve my issue. But. The garage is REALLY HOT (poor guys), same thing with the waiting area. An hour issues took 2.5h. But thanks. You guys worked hard. They have no clue what's my 2013 Kia Sorento electric issues. Thanks anyway!
Pushy older male salesman. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I left and purchased a Nissan down the road.
