Very easy experience. Sign in. Sit down while you see your name on the board and get text updates for the waiting time. Provide documentation, get your license plate, pay, and that’s it. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Had to conduct an out-of-state transfer tag. Sherry made it painless. They inspect the vehicle on-site. No need to go out of your way to get it inspected/verified. Staff is firm but polite which keeps the line moving. Highly recommended!

Went to this location last year (2017) customer service was horrible, had to go to hialeah for a more pleasant experience. Went to weston yesterday again, a different story the gentleman that was there last year was not there thank god, the two ladies were very nice and polite. They just gained a customer.

12 people waiting and three clerks only two helping customers- very slow over 1 1/2 hour wait. Terrible Service!

You have no idea of the people that work here. They are the nastiest meanest and just crazy Spanish ladies ever and I speak Spanish please don’t waste your time coming here they are beyond rude to the point that I feel very sorry for them because for you to act like that you must have a miserable life.

I registered my out of state vehicle at this location. I was in and out and the attendants were helpful and knowledgeable of military exemptions. Will certainly used them again.

Renewed my tag today at this location and was blown away with how friendly the agent was and how quickly she got me in and out. I scheduled my appointment from their website for 10: 50am. Walked in 2 minutes early, they greeted me and brought me right up to the counter. I was in and out and tag was renewed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location!

Busy place however staff must go to lunch 1person 30 waiters

Close this place down not worth the drive for the service and unprofessionalism

DONT EVER COME HERE, they over charge, and the wait is insane. 10am to 2pm.charged me $500 to renew my plates.
