29Excellent people; they are so kind. We come in there with all sorts of problems and they take care of everyone, always, one by one. Plus, they are bilingual too!
Only 1 person out of 3 gave a negative impression of this office. The wait to be called was not long, however once called the rep stayed on a personal call the entire time of the transaction often repeating the same questions. It took her longer to renew my registration which was a simple exchange of a check and form than my entire wait to be called. She was rude, and dismissive and too preoccupied with phone call.
Very rude service. Terrible attitude by one of the ladies there.she acted like she was doing me a favor by doing her job. Lesson learned for me: go to the DMV.never had a problem there.
DMV has this office listed as open from 9-2pm when in fact they’re not! Misleading! Wasted 40 minutes of my day and 15 miles on my new car driving to this location!
I didn't even go to the place and I'm disappointed! I called and I'm embarrassed to say how long I waited for someone to NEVER answer the phone. So now reading these reviews, I'm so glad I didn't waste money on Uber and time going there when I only have 2 questions!
I hate to say but in plain English they suck! If you have nothing to do and want to spend a full day waiting this will be the place for you.

Uneducated and disrespectful. Having to deal with the office personal was frustrating. I presented all required documents by the state of FL to complete an out of state title transfer. I was turn down because of their lack of knowledge, training and customer service. They only accept a bill of sale. The vehicle was gifted and had a letter to support it. I went the main Broward tag office and completed the transfer with my letter with no issues at all. It's frustrating to take time off work and wait in line and deal with people that just waste your time and money because they just don't know what they are doing.
