Avoid this store like the plague.could not even get a trade in done correctly so im getting 36 month credit value on a free line for 12 months.they even had my phone in hand and could not reverse order, "there is no way to cancel. " after speaking with mobile support and a month later with a ticket, they claim still nothing can be done to fix. They cannot even provide their policy in writing if you pay the full balance you will get the credits back in x time.never deal with this garbage again
