Ambree Garrity so impressed us that we came back to T-Mobile in less than 30 days of switching. After several failed attempts dealing with your competitor on a switch my spouse was none to thrilled about. Reasons are due to one very small part of Ohio where I travel does not have service.

We had so many issues switching our service so we went to TMobile to see if they could assist. Ambree stayed after hours and assisted us in onlocking our phones and switching the service over.

Too many horror stories with the service we switched to in under two weeks, we came begging to come back. Again, Ambree greeted us like old friends, she and Rachel Woyansky assisted us with switching us back.

The next day my spouse needed some extra help and Rachel was available and so pleasant in assisting us.

We will NEVER switch again and we are so impressed with the customer service and willingness to help even when your company did not have to help us. Outstanding - wish I could give Ambree Garrity, Rachel Woyansky and T-Mobile more than 5 stars.

Exemplary customer service from Jimmy setting up my Android and my wife's Apple phone. He thoroughly answered all our questions and covered all the phones' new features.

Best phone store I've ever been to. Went in to get my phone fixed and was greated in seconds by the manager Caitlin. Phone was fixed within an hour while I shopped at the stores near by and then Victor helped me when I came back and went above and beyond. I ended up leaving with a free galaxy watch. These guys deserve raises!

Do not bother trying to call this store!

(They won’t pick up)

I was with Sprint for about eight years and was very dismayed to see that they were bought out by T-Mobile.

However I was willing to give them the benefit of the if their customer service remained as high as it was with Sprint-the answer is no. It’s worse.

I tried returning a call to my local store to come pick up a phone we had replaced and it was only after 45 minutes of continuously calling that someone finally picked up. (Did I mention that in the voice mail from Robert that he left the wrong number to call?)

I still gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were just short staffed that day. Fast forward a week and again, I dropped off my wife’s new iPhone 12 to get data transferred from her old Xr. I received a missed call on my phone from sprint-I assumed they were calling to tell me her phone was ready, I assumed because they never left a message. Again I tried to call 8 separate times and again, nobody picked up. I went to the store only to find out it would be another 3 hours.

Just to be sure I called three other Sprint locations, they all answered on the first couple rings.

Complaint registered with corporate office.

Thankfully we’ll be finding another location.

Not the place the company! Sir I have been lied to since I switched to Sprint from Verizon. I did not rate your T-Mobile store only 2 stars BECAUSE your store was marvelous.like the one in Commerce GA. I have had so much and many issues w/o the the phones.billing and identity theft. I feel the ONLY THING I CAN DO IS FIND ANOTHER CARRIER! For that reason. I changed your store to a 5 star and 4 paw rating. Unfortunately since I have had no resolution to the reality of Sprint T - Mobile since 1.5 months time with my monthly bill fluctuation from. 89 to over 4 hundred a month with constant scammers as well as loosing valuable pictures and even costing me business and family members to disown me, it would be a MIRACLE if you could resolve what having T-Mobile service has cost me! No amount of $$$ can fix that. The final straw was when a manager @ the New Port Richey degraded me and called me "crazy"! I asked can I come back tomorrow to pay my bill. She replied, "NO". It was by the grace of God and good Karma that I found your store! You have a great team! Thanks again!

The people that were in this store to help were just plain slow. I sat here for an hour to buy a tablet screen protector and they had plenty of staff walking around. Had someone walk up to help then said oh you have to wait. Then walked away. Slowest tmobile store ive ever been into.

I have already went to a tmobile and took care of it. No need. I will not be back to this store personally.

Jessica Mgr.does not belong in her position. My mom politely stops her as she walking to ask about getting in line for service. Jessica responds back with "you have a phone in your hand and you should know how it works here. Go sit and we'll list you when were ready". RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL.

Meddy was great and informed me of my options and I had a plan when I left to get my upgrades in order. I came back a few days later and referred me to Leo. What a great team! Leo was very patient and extremely thorough in explaining my options. I am so pleased to deal with this store and these two gentlemen.

Don't do it. They promise all these extras for signing up, they do NOT deliver on. The service is by far the worst you will get. Do not plan on having a reliable phone inside of a building. I guess I can say don't plan on having a reliable phone period. Dropped calls constantly. Can't be online and on the phone at the same time unless you use calling plus which is still in beta however you will have a terrible phone call with it on even if you are not using the internet.
JUST DON'T DO IT.

I have had negative experiences with this store before, but this time was great! Michael was patient and knowledgeable about how to get a SIM card that would work with my new Moto G6. They need more employees like him!

Not much help after being a customer for so long you'd think they would try a bit harder.never even asked to pull up my account to see what they could do for me.

I went in to activate an insurance replacement phone and 2 Sprint salesmen helped me while waiting on the tech.to become avail. The Assurian tech. Sam is also always so attentive and helpful.

Tony was extremely helpful and efficient! Have been in this store many time and have had some terrible as well as average customer service, but Tony was excellent, not pushy, and went out of his way to be helpful.

The guys are really nice and try to help but when you have a phone with a known flaw the company can't fix there's nothing they can do to help but send it out for repair/replacement again.

I find the people in the store trained just enough to be a sustainable retail location. One gentleman told us he was a manager, what a lie! I don't know if I recommend the store for other than repairs or warranty issues… I am giving them a 3 just because they were nice not because they were effective! My ultimate review is at your own risk! I recommend the store down at the outdoor Clearwater mall over this store.

Eric the technician did everything he could to assist me with my damaged phone but without any samsung galaxy s8+ screens on-site the best he could do was send my phone out for 5 days or have me call in each day to see if any replacement screens have come in.
