26I am having many issues with my phone and stopped in today for advice. Long story short. I don't want to lose the pictures on my phone and tech support told me I needed to transfer pictures from my phone to my lap top. I told him I didn't know how to do that and he basically shrugged. I picked up my phone and walked out. Leaving Sprint ASAP and going with another carrier.
First off sprint service sucks. The people that work here are not very knowledgeable, thank god I switched to AT&T.
Nice store and the girl that helped us was great but the bald guy made it a 4 star. He is not honest and very pushy.
This is a review of the store, NOT the Sprint service itself. The store is easy to find, large enough, clean, and well-stocked. There were plenty of friendly salespeople there and we didn't have to wait to be seen. The person who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. This is an actual Sprint store (corporate), not just some "authorized retailer". If you are going with Sprint, definitely go to an actual corporate store like this one.
They helped me a great deal when accidentally changed how I logged in. Then on top of that I had forgotten my password. They got me up and going again and customer service and the techs Were all Helpful and kind. This will be my new Sprint store
People try acting nice but you can tell they don't want to be there when they roll their eyes at you. 3rd visit to sprint stores in 2 weeks for same issue not sure it's resolved but they didn't know the reason still so who knows
