Had to use the app for the first time! Was actually pretty easy. Guess its another silver lining to Covid-19. I had the Java Chip Frap, a change from my caramel. I may never go back, it was so yum! The baristas were very helpful! Wish the store was a little closer.
I ordered and enjoyed the large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. Went through drive through. The cashier/server was pleasant.
This location service was fast. This is a great location and it is always packed, especially drive-thru with this virus epidemic going on. Christian USMC Veteran deserves this shout-out and he is a great asset to this team! His personality is his best trait. More locations need to have great staff like him.
Long lines, slow service. They were trying but their system was unlike other Starbucks and was bogged down inside. Their focus was the drive through, saw a couple people leave, 12 standing inside waiting, was terrible. Never again.
The Place is great and service was good but, THE LOCATION PARKING AND TRAFFIC IS 100PCT THE WORST EVER.
The assistant manger Regan was absolutely wonderful. She is obviously well suited to be in a managerial role! I will definitely be driving the extra five minutes to grab a coffee from my normal Starbucks destination just to experience the exceptional service I received! It was at 5: 50 am and she still had a smile on her face now that’s what I call passion! Starbucks is lucky to have a team member such as Regan in a leadership role!
I usually expect more cleanliness from a Starbucks. The floor needed to be wiped, the counter was dirty and there were flies surrounding the coffee bean containers.
Horrible experience. The associate didn't honor rewards member perks. I think her name was Rachel or something like that. Their employees really need Starbucks policy training.
Latte tasted great but barista finished mine, put it to the side, then made two other orders before placing mine on counter and calling my name.
Great coffee but they are extremely slow. I mean 365 days later slow. The parking lot is very small and congested.
My Starbucks visit today was extremely special. The very appreciated baristas left me a special message on my pick up order. Really put a smile on my face. It read "Today is a good day, for a good day. " And the other side said happy Tuesday Tia with a smiley face.
Just left there and I couldn't not leave a review. I am a Starbucks junkie so I've been to many all over the U. S and this one by far has one of the best staff and atmosphere. My coffee is always on point and I always feel so welcome. I literally drive an extra 20 minutes just to go to this location. It's clean, friendly, always stocked and everything you want from a coffee shop. Legit- y'all are the real MVPs!

The drive through is usually busy but for good reason, it's off of Okeechobee and the highway. If you aren't totally lazy they'll take care of you with the quickness. Staff is always on point and friendly.
I have come to this location for the past week to give them a try out of curiosity. This has got to be the worst Starbucks in the area that I been to. I noticed each morning I would have somebody new on the drive through that had no clue what they were doing. My price for the drinks kept on changing throughout the week and very seldom were they the same. My regular drink being a tall pike place with cream and sugar and a shot of espresso. Sometimes a I got asked how many sugars I want sometimes a I never get asked. When I go to other Starbucks they just make it for me without asking and they drink turns out fine. Also I noticed that when I ordered a holiday drink along with my regular order, if I ordered in a grande size I received the order in a regular white cup. I thought the holidays recently started? Who is the manager of this place? I thought you should have so many holiday cups in stock to last you for the month at least. Especially if you just started with holiday cups beginning of this month as a company wide thing. Another thing, this morning I went and asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and they told me they were out. Did Starbucks stop selling it already or did you run out? If you ran out shame on you. It means that whoever was suppose to order the product failed to do so. I was given my cups this morning and one of the lids on one of the cups never attached to the cup because the cup was messed up. Why would you give me a messed up cup? The barista should have caught that before they gave me the cup and given me a new cup. One morning they had a guy on drive through that kept asking is that all. It was clear that he didn’t want to be there. Listen nobody is forcing you to work a job you don’t like. Go find another one dude. As you can see those are just a few things I personally noticed going strictly through drive through 5 times the last week. If there was this many issues, I can only imagine what kind of issues they have in the entire store. I have decided to stop going to this location because of these issues. Only reason I kept coming to this location was it was convenient for me based on my morning commute.
I went here last week and ordered my drink and no problem! I went again today, and the woman taking orders corrected me twice putting in a drink i didn’t ask for.i get to the window and tell her i didn’t order this, give me what i ordered.and i see them just scrape off the whipped cream with caramel drizzle and hand it back to me with new whip.this doesn’t disguise that the drink taste differently.drive thru worker needs to have experience with the menu and also not talk over guests while they order.

Not impressed
When you go through the drive-through, how many is too many? I watched two cars leave the drive through because the car that was ahead of me ordered 14 drinks that I counted. I understand you can’t really put a number on what you order through the drive-through but why can’t people have good sense. Also why didn’t the people inside asked them to pull forward? So everyone else could have the drinks that they ordered. Instead of my watered down iced macchiato. Ugh. I’m done now
Always fast and friendly service. Even when the line is at the longest, I'm through the drive thru within 5 minutes.
