Starbucks, West Palm Beach FL

Employe at drive thru was very rude.we ordered pink drink large and they were giving us small so we told them and they added more ice in to the large cup and transferred pink drink in to it.very unprofessional place I think every where Starbucks needs to give their employees a better training.

Every time I order a frappucino, it’s lacking the most important ingredient: coffee. Thanks for the $5 milk slurpee. I’m bummed.

A friend invited me to grab Starbucks. She had a promotion on iced coffees. The girl who took our order was not very pleasant and insisted we needed to get a venti when the promotion said we got one free when we ordered a grande. I never go to Starbucks and this experience left a bad taste. Also my order was done incorrect.

On Monday June 3rd 2019 I went to this store to buy coffee and food and do some work. The store was unusually HOT as if they forgot to turn the AC down to a comfortable temp. I also was sitting under unusually hot lights that I asked to be turned down or off (it was daytime). After many request for the AC to be cooler and the lights down lower, they failed to appease me and other guest who were experiencing the same conditions and also complaining. Time to go to another store to do my work. Very poor customer service.

My first experience was very good. The second time, not so much. Service was very poor. The girl at the window took forever to get our order. When we thought she finally got it, she still got it wrong. Then, we were very disappointed with the mocha and cappuccino were so fresh, they tasted flat. Needed more cream. Seemed like she was in a hurry to just get on with her shift. Hope service will be better next time.
