03/26/21 I take my 2016 Suburban in for service on a Friday at 8am and by 10am Saturday 03/27 they haven’t started my diagnostics. After waiting on hold for twenty minutes All I heard from my advisor was NOTHING as he was not there as they work on a skeleton crew over the weekend. WHY would you NOT mention this Friday, I need my vehicle for work on Monday.this is my 3rd HORRIBLE experience with this dealership and my LAST. Everything about this dealership has red warning flags! I will be complaining to GM corporate first thing Monday morning as this is completely unacceptable.

I’ve had to take my car there twice to the service department (bought the car elsewhere) but I’ve dealt with Javier Torres in the service department and he’s got excellent customer service, called me to fill me in on what’s going on with my car, he was able to answer any of my questions, and a nice person in general. The service department had my car back on the road in no time. I definitely recommend them.

Love my Z06! Yea we were in there for a while negotiating a price I saw at a different dealer, but Jason made me feel at home. He had the car ready when I arrived. Not like other places where they tell you one thing and it’s another issue entirely. I purchased here because they were profesional and courteous.
