24Pretty good experience was hoping for a higher discount but Jason’s customer service went above and beyond what I would expect for a car salesman. He definitely changed my perception of them. Ask for Jason he’s a really good salesman.
Very pleased with my truck, Fletcher was very helpful and Jonny the finance guy was awesome - he was able to renegotiate our financing and got us a far better deal on Tuesday than was possible on the Sunday evening. If they have the vehicle that you're looking for, then I would certainly suggest a visit. You don't feel pressured (as much as other places anyway)
I bought a car for my daughter from here and it was great! Jason was very patient with us in looking for the perfect car for her. We test drove four different cars until we found the right one. Thank you starling and thank you Jason for helping my family.
I would not recommend them to anybody (service department) They have no idea what customer service is. Never returned phone calls, hung up on me when calling to follow up on service requests. Horrible experience dealing with them. Never again. I would advise anybody to go anyplace else but here.
