Steak 'n Shake, Jacksonville FL

Cheap fast food for dine in or drive thru. Servers are polite but not always knowledgeable and service is what you'd expect at a low price drive thru, sometimes great or sometimes so-so. Weird excuses for out of stock items like, "the lady who chops onions didn't come in today" etc

Thete was seven of us and it cost about fourty dollars to eat we had steak burgers, fries, milkshakes, & sweettea or soda food was great!

The burgers and shakes were good, but the restraunt took longer then expected and i think they were under staffed. Otherwise i do love me some steak and shake.

Martin our server Was polite and did such an amazing job serving us. I would return to this location just to get served by him. It was a pleasurable experience.

Always enjoy their french fries and milkshakes. I especially love their dark chocolate milkshake. And of course their hamburgers are very good.

Love this place & Their food is always cooked just the way it should be! This is one Steak n Shake I could eat at any day of the week honestly.

I will say the food is good! The service was not due to a shortage of severs. My sever had complicated order at another table However this particular restaurant has certain odor that is annoying! It smell like urine. This location need to eliminate the odor and it will be a great place to eat!

If you dine in you are going to wait a while for your food. The women's bathroom needs a really good scrubbing. Food is fine, the burgers are good. The waitress we had was reakly nice and accommodating. Just be prepared to wait and perhaps not use the bathroom.

I ate here for breakfast and ordered the sausage gravy, niscuit and hash brown bowl and coffee.
Came out in a reasonable time and was a low cost for the items ordered.

Server greeted and seemed nice but never checked if my coffee or water needed a refill.

No complaints otherwise and will visit again

I could eat their hamburgers all day! This is a great steak and shake spite the side of town it is on.great management team.had a really great experience.

Martin was our server. He was so awesome I had to tell the manager. The prime mushroom burger is the bomb. I have ordered it again already.

Very attentive always smiling and welcoming and sweet Brittany is a prep there who always takes care of us even though she isn't a server.

The manager was incredible, the whole staff treated me like family as a regular. Never had to order, because they already knew. So sad I'll never be back to the Regency location as I've moved, but forever grateful for the service. -Mark Fox

I had a horrible experience. My friend ordered coke, burger with fries I ordered a cup of coffee. She got her food and I still waited for my coffee. Went to the ladies room the smell was so bad I just turned around and left. I ordered a small icream Sunday. I did get my cold coffee my never got my Icream but they were nice enough to take it off my bill, that is after I raised cain. It is such a shame because it used to be our favorite restaurant.

If the food wasn't good, I'd give it 1 star. This specific regency location has the absolute slowest drive thru and service the past two times I've gone. I know their food is cooked to order, but 30 minutes is just unacceptable.
