Steak 'n Shake, Altamonte Springs FL

Fabulous everytime I come here it's great service and great quality burgers they never get my order wrong and all the employees are always so happy and my fried are never cold

I was at a steak n shake in aloma and it was way better. The baked beans taste funny and our waitress was not around as much. I really don't think I will come back to this one. And the salt shakers were wet and really packed as if the person did not know or care how to fill a salt shaker. The burger was good though. Not a total bad experience. We were greeted when we arrived and sat quickly. Very very cold inside.

The waiter was great but the food took forever. We were there almost an hour for a burger and fries.

Went there just recently with my friend and our kids.
Our experience was not the best we got sat by our waiter he took our orders and not once did he bring us a drink, not once did he come to our table after we ordered. 30 mins go by still no drink no apology on to why the drinks werent served. Mind you the place was not busy or packed what so ever. Finally after almost 45 mins we got up and asked for our food to go and asked for our drinks and not once did the waiter apologize. Spend your money else where.

Went through drive thru to grab lunch with a coworker and they really did not put much attention to what they were doing. They seemed overwhelmed and distorted. The burger fell apart all over the bottom of my bag because it wasn't wrapped properly. They threw a giant chunk of lettuce in the burger that didn't even fit for size. And the meat looked disgustingly burnt and thin I could not tell if it was burnt cheese.

Worse food ever tried to eat. Service is not there. Waited and waited for the food by the time it got there it was ice cold

Worst service ever.
We arrived at 11: 44pm they sat us down and nothing happened until 12: 30am. When we requested to talk to the manager. Nobody even brought us drinks, much less took our order!
Staff and management need to be replaced, none of them are efficient or have any customer service skills! Please don’t waste your time going to this place!

My wife and I stopped in for shakes only car in the drive through it has now been 20 mins for some shakes never again

The location is understaffed, which makes it hard for the crew to give good customer service and keep the restaurant clean. The burgers taste like a regular burger, but the shakes are pretty awesome. I might go back for a shake.

First time at that location and the food and customer service was excellent. Definitely going back again.

Love this place, food is amazing, greasy like a heart attack but tastes great. Kid friendly and great staff 98% of the time

Being at the location it is, this restaurant should expect a large volume of customers, especially on nights where there are special events happening at Cranes Roost (which is almost every weekend). On those nights, they are always extremely backed to the point where its not worth going. On other days, however, the service and food are on point. They just need to be aware of local events and prepare accordingly

Very nice people but bad service. Took forever to sit us, waiting even more time in our seats, to get the wrong orders or missing ingredients. Ask for something and they end up forgetting. They need more employees, servers are making shakes, doing the front register and even kitchen work all at the same time.

Haven't not been to the Altamonte location in a few years. Service.not enough waiters, they kept forgetting bring certain items to the table. On my staycation 2018 my husband and I decided to go to the Altamonte location.still not impressed.this location (via drive through) they had no salt. I had ordered Frisco melt w/ cheesy fries.and of course they forgot to include the cheese for the fries.my impression for the Altamonte location stands the same. Still not impressed.

They gave me the wrong burger then i had to wait 10 minutes standing up in the front to pay. First time i have to wait in a restaurant to pay with the check and the card on my hand.i love this chain but im not coming back to that location

I did not know what I was missing - Steak 'n Shake is not in my hometown. The burger I had was absolutely delicious and service was quick. Everyone who ate with me loved what they had too!

My order was wrong my french fries were not fresh and the young man that serve me my drinks was unpleasant I was visiting in that state and it was my worst experience at one of their restaurants

It was a very enjoyable place to eat at with friends and I. I did order a side of Chili as a side which was delicious but mainly consisted of beans.

This place gets a little overwhelmed and staffing seems short but overall a good experience considering the wait

Love the taste of burgers, but every time I come to Altamonte, -my store, something is wrong, today finally decided to try the big Prime Burger, and I'm told they ran out.what Burger place runs out on a Saturday afternoon? That sucks.
