30This specific place just this one for some reason their food taste nasty! I had burgers from another Stake Shake before but this one in Altamonte is disgusting! People ease change the oil more often! The oil used to fry your food! It gives the fries a terrible taste.and well everything else.yuk!
I enjoy their burgers but the place can get real busy on weekends and events. Service is spotty when it's busy.
I went to this location and myself, and a family were waiting 15 minutes to be seated. We were not even acknowledged. Another 3 were in line to cash out as well for about 10 minutes. I shouldn’t stand there for that long without even a greeting. I ended up walking out without a shake.
A classic from my youth. Nothing beats a Steakburger. And they milkshakes are hand dipped with whipped cream and a cherry. My favorite is still vanilla even they now offer a lot of flavors. Don't be in a hurry if you go through the drive through. Each order is made fresh, so it can take a while.
Every time Ive gone in, it has taken way too long to be seated when the diner is pretty much empty. Serves is slow, and there is always something wrong with the meal and my dishes, silverwear, and cups have been filthy. I have been coming here since it opened but for the past couple of years this place has just become a disaster. Not sure if its new owner, manager or what but if I ever want a milkshake I use the drive thru or avoid all together.
Wow. The General Manager Rob wouldn't let a pregnant woman in to use the bathroom to pee. Will never give these people my money again. I wish there was a zero stars review.
Nice and professional waitress, good variety of burgers. We "costumized" some of them and everything was on point.
Good air conditioning mix and match 2 for $ 3 hamburger with mushroom and Cheese french fries was delicious
It was so busy but the manager tried to keep everyone safe; they kept the place at capacity and everyone brought their A-game. Great food and insanely fast service for how busy it's been. Good job, y'all.
I'm done with this place! Every time I go there, there's something wrong with my order. It's either cold, burnt, soggy or takes forever and a day to make 2 burgers and 2 fries! Basic burgers at that! Tonight was the last straw! I got a BLT that consisted of 1 slice of limp lettuce, 1 tomato and 3 slices of bacon! Oh and not to mention my medium milkshake was half cool whip. Done with this place!
