In a word! HORRIBLE!
A lot of empty promises it has been over 18 months and still no settlement.
Contractors recommended by Stellar to make a temporary repair until the settlement came through destroyed a bathroom to the point of requiring an otherwise unnecessary full remodel, and did absolutely noting to fix the problem. 18 months of living with one working bathroom and mold and mildew causing us to have multiple medical complications.

Universal Insurance and Stellar should both be closed by the State Insurance Commissioner. I am filing complaints on both companies.

I am updating my review of Stellar. Stellar, Josh and his entire team stuck with the process and eventually was able to get a settlement out of Universal. It did take nearly two years, but I now firmly believe that was entirely Universal Insurance.

Konita H is a big asset to Stellar Public Adjusting company. She is very dedicated at work and she promptly responds to the customer calls all the time. She is very good in communicating with customers on their claim/check status. She maintains very good customer relations.

My Husband and I, are extremely satisfied, specially with Romy, who was the person interacted with us the most during the entire process. I had leaks coming into my kitchen from my roof which destroyed my kitchen. I had the insurance company come out & they gave me a small amount of what it would cost for my repair. Josh at Stellar got involved for me & this was my first time needing an adjuster, & it went exactly as he told me it would. I would never had been able to get what Josh got me a settlement for on my own & am so thankful to him & the Stellar team!

David, Mylaine and the rest of the staff were awesome. They handled my claim when my insurance company was giving me a hard time. It took a year but overall it was worth it!

Kudos and shutout to Maureen Evans of Stellar; at least she is forthcoming with timely reponses. Always follows through even if at 7pm in the evening. What she says is what she does!

Only good thing to said about my Stellar experience:) Romy the claims representative as been a 10/10 to follow up with my 3 claim. I'm not going to lie they save my family from a terrible situation! Those 3 claim make me laterally lose my business (located at home) and almost my house! With a 1 year daughter at the time and a other baby on the way!
