I am very pleased with the results from my claim. Stellar fought for me very hard. At the end of my claim Loreley was very helpful and resourceful.

Melissa Mare from Claims Department gave excellent help with all of my issues. She always returned my emails and calls, even when she was no longer handling my case. Also Rami Boaziz my public adjuster, has fought very hard to get me what I well deserve.

I had a major water leak in my home last year. Stellar and their public adjuster Oded were there from the beginning. They worked well with me and my insurance company to reach a fair settlement for my damage. I appreciated their professional and reasonable approach to help me arrive at a fair settlement enabling me to get the damage to my home repaired. I was always treated with courtesy by Maggie and others at the company during this process. I would highly recommend this company.

Initially I was going to give Stellar Public Adjusting Services a bad review. However after the baton was passed over to Konita Hossain everything negative that I experienced had changed. Konita Hossain was always available to answerer my numerous questions. She always answered the phone and if she didn't answer she would look at the missed caller id and call me right back. I wish all businesses had a Konita Hossain working for them.

Barbie and Cary handled my claim. Barbie was amazing at guiding me the entire way thru the process. Cary was phenomenal in handling the claim. Even fought the insurance company for more money after I had already signed a release and succeeded at getting me more money. I have had an amazing experience with Stellar.
