Absolutely horrible! I requested a virtual tour.waited all day because someone said they had to charge their phone. Never got it.

Re-requested it this morning and just being told it was sold last night and then the sales agent just emailed me all the photos?

Like is this car still available or not? I'm a cash buyer and told them that I was ready to make a deal as soon as possible.

I also wanted to know what the cost of shipping was since shipping is pretty standard during the pandemic. A full 24 hours later telling me that you all don't handle shipping for your clients and that I'm on my own. Ok, that's fine but when you were filming a video telling me you were collecting information you didn't know this yesterday?

These people need serious training it's not even basic level customer service being offered.

Ive been through the process of buying a new car a few times already. The people working at Subaru were by far the best and kindest individuals I have had the pleasure of buying a car from. They made sure to help me stay within budget for the car I wanted.

Only lies, when you are purchased or lease a car all is perfect.but them you look the details surpraise.extende warranties and many other charges.and never works.
Only excuses.
I do not recomend this dealer.
Also the car is very good but the manufacturw warrantie terrible, bad costumer service support.

Nice cars and the fact they let you know you will not get the payment your looking for is good but they do the same like the other dealers they want to run your credit and if I know my score and what I owe with that you should have an idea if I would qualify or not. But at least they didnt have us there all day and they give us some crazy deal!

Salesman Dirk is the best car salesman I have ever worked with since my first new car in 1977. No up sell, no games, responsive. Only reason for 4 stars was that not all other personnel, in my personal opinion, meet the high mark of Dirk. Joe in the service dept.is outstanding as a service advisor.
Subaru is an outstanding vehicle.

My time was very productive, my car Crosstrek was in for the last of the oil changes under the two year free routine maintenance. Joe, like always took care of all necessary items for me! Very satisfied with Joe S.from day one when I first met him, the first day he received his Subaru business cards, I believe I have the privilege of him giving me the first one out the box. Base model car did not match what was indicated online.website indicated the base model cost $20,000 told the base model cost 25000
