26 I thought Jaime the service advisor was absolutely professional, courteous and apologetic. I thought Jaime went the extra mile and deserves a 5 star rating
However I live an hour away that is why I wanted an appointment which I was told I had I arrived at 8: 30 on the dot and no appointment was found for me so it took 2 hours for my first 6,000 mike service.
Therefore the 2 hour wait time and the 2 hour round trip made my day a 1/2 day which was longerthan it needed to be
Took my car in for service last week Wednesday for transmission related issues. I was referred to Steven in service by a close friend. Steven was very professional, he helped me get in and out of there in a loaner very quickly. Time expectancy was 1-2 weeks, it was done in 5 days. Great guys all around. From now on I will strictly go see Steven at Subaru of Pembroke Pines for any service needs.
Not aggressive at all. Took 2 hours to appraise me and "run numbers". Did not even bother giving me their numbers after pitching them Lehmans offer. For the nearest volume Subaru dealers I was surprised and left with a bad taste for the place.
The service department here is outstanding they made sure to get my car in and out within two hours! I had a lot of concerns with my vehicle but my advisor Steven Ross made me feel confident that I would be in good hands. The service mananger Christopher Vasquez even took the time out to greet me and make sure I grabbed a cup of coffee! I will only take my Wrx to Subaru of Pembroke Pines.
Worst place I’ve been to. Full of liars and cheats. Don’t trust. A word any “salesman” says. They will want you to end up broke and without a dollar left. Never come here.
It was fantastic, we had an appointment at 11 am by 12 we were out.
We were escorted to the waiting area and informed of what work was to be done. Jaime listened to the few issues we had. We were texted that the work was done and the car was being washed. We said hello to Kirt, or representative. Saw the new cars at the showroom and were escorted back to our clean car. Thanks
