Communication on shipment status could be improved.

Great driver and crew. The communication between the driver and move coordinator was awesome. Suddath moved my three bedroom home and not one item was broken. If anything, too much wrapping paper was used but if that is the worst thing that happened on my move, I am 100% ok with that.

All around great experience. Suddath moved us to temporary housing then again to our permanent residence. Both moves were flawless from planning through execution. Dick Eschbacher and his crews were professional, friendly, attentive and efficient. I would recommend Suddath to everyone facing a move.

Exceptional! From the pre-inspection to the pack out to include their support staff the professionalism and pride shown by everyone was unrivaled at best. They always made us feel valued and that our opinion was important. We moved to Japan this time around, the farthest so far, and not one item showed up damaged or broken. I cant thank them enough for their service to me and my wife.

Great experience and very profession job on both the US and Italy side of the move. Only three items damaged out of over 300 boxes. Great job of packing in the US. Highly recommend using this company.
