Fairly easy in easy out from a truck standpoint. RV gas is easy to get. They have ample overnight parking for RVs or car/vandwellers. They have a semi maintenance facility here as well. Can't elaborate on that as I have not used it. The truckers store seems well stocked. Friendly staff.plenty of room to turn around on property. Much better than the place across the street.

I stop here because I was really really hungry, if you don't have any other option you can stop here other than that DO NOT STOP HERE. It's no clean it's not safe and employees and customers are nasty and unprofessional.

Clean and lady at inside store was a lovely lady. Her first day back after an ilness and she was radiant.

A nice place to park a semi. Had a nice area to let our dog play off leash. Pay to park, but has security at night. Cannot drop trailer. Open 24/7. Helpful staff even on Christmas day. Easy to navigate.

Expect to pay for a parking spot $15.00 unless you fuel or spend at least $25.00 or more inside.

YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK IN MOST SPOTS YOU NEED TO BUY 20 DOLLARS TO PARK OVERNIGHT THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED ONLY FAST FOOD NO RESTURANT. SHOWER COST 14 DOLLARS. HOW WOULD THEY FEEL ABOUT PAYING TO PARK AT WALLMART WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO SHOP AND SPEND MONEY THERE ABSOLUTLEY DISCUSTED WITH THE TA YOU TRULY DONT WANT ME TO WRITE HOW MUCH I HATE THEIR GAME

The place was not as bad as some of my fellow drivers mentioned in MY case but I can see where they may have had issues as mentioned. It's still better than the pilot across the street. Showers were cleaned well, the paid reserve parking helps to offset the cost of parking here as long as you add something to the overall ticket to make up the rest. Some associates there DO look like they hate life in general, but talking to them helps them know there is life out there somewhere lol.
With our repeated visits in the last 3 days here the ticket lady has become our buddy and is so cheerful. Probably the only one the actually but because of her, TA gets 4 stars instead of 3

I really like this Travel America plaza. Infact, I have stopped here purposely many times throughout my travels up and down I-4 either for fuel, lunch, snacks etc. It's a well stocked location for truckers and all travelers.

Located right off of I-4 and I-75. It's a very convenient facility. Several restaurants on sight, quality gas, clean spacious restrooms, game room and trucker's lounge, and its well stocked as convenience store.

Checked in for a pm at noon ran my ultra one card and was told it would be 6 pm i called at 740 pm and still had 2 trucks ahead of me. Why do they even have a shop? All they care about is road calls. As for paying to park you only have to pay if you're not a customer. TA and Petro are about the only places I can fuel at due to using fleet one card for fuel. Frankly all the truck stops should change for parking if you're not a customer. Hell i can never get a parking spot due to all the other driver's that never use the truck stop except for parking and never buy anything

I went there to get my rear brakes replaced on my truck. I waited 4 hours to get in and then when I got in the shop the mechanic left my truck and worked on another truck that had not waited half as long as I did. It was midnight before he finished my truck. He stripped out one of my studs on my wheel and told me I need to get another nut and it work. I came back 2 days later far a dot inspection my wouldn't pass because of the missing lug nut the manager on duty agreed to replace my stud and I went bought a nut so it could pass.

This place is confusing. Pay to park sucks, showers are awesome. Laundry room is updated but truckers leave nasty pet hair in the machines. Only fast food options because TA Is removing the restaurants. Roller grill options are horrible and no way to get a decent meal that isn’t fast food.

I would have liked to given a better review but the choice of restaurants at this TA sucked. Their corporate staff took the highest kickback?
You just brought the best rated travel center in the country and turned it into a joke.

Worst TA I have been to, I had a appointment at 6pm that was set the day before. I arrived 3 hours early and wasn't taken in till 10: 30 am the next day.the appointment took about 25 min. When I asked why the garage has been empty with no one working on trucks, I was told they only have 1 tech on at a time. Extreamly disappointed with management, will not be stopping at any TA.

Pumped 100 gallons of diesel in 30 minutes, come on man! You can do better than that, you charge for everything! My coworker Chuck would stand there all day, but i have customers to service

The facility is one of the best ta next to the Iowa 80 stores for polite and manners plus politeness. The shop goes out of their way to help.

I don't like it it's a bad experience I would send her my sister that's not my little sister I want to send corpse
