I was expecting worse for a big city TA, mildly impressed. The smell of mildew clothing was the worse part. Food court close not sure when it open in the am

Definitely there is nothing that warrants paying $15 to park when:
1) The parking for semi's is already 50% pay to park.
2) Your store isn't very clean or well stocked. Same for your parking lot. Not clean & you have an insufficient number of available trash cans.
3) The 'restaurants' are staffed with some that lack any kind of motivation, forcing the rest to pick up their slack. Either way, the delays are pushed back to your customers.
Overall, this is an inefficiently run business that seems focused on making another buck than what it was originally intended for, customer service.

Not worth getting reserved parking unless you absolutely have to. To park for more than 2 hours you must pay $15, make $20 worth of purchases inside, or buy 60 gallons of fuel. I had Popeye's last night and have spent most of the morning regretting it.
The lot is pretty clean, facilities aren't terrible, staff is alright (one got snippy with me last night) but things happen. All in all not the best place to park but works in a pinch.

20 dollars to park plus 13 more for a reserved spot. The parking lot is small and usually find an empty trailer or bobtail truck parking where you need to park truck and trailer. Not worth the effort.

Small coffee 98 cents.
No overnight parking for Cargo Vans.
Poor customer service.

You are MUCH better off at the Flying J just across the street.
