Appointment scheduled for 1: 15.it is now 2: 37 and I am still in the lobby waiting for "insurance verification". The same insurance in which I had called and gave them over the phone before even coming. SMH and no one is communicating with me to even let me know what is going on. This is ridiculous service!

My 3rd time being here for osteomylitis in my left pinky. I forgot to get my father's card to pay and they denied me entry to see Dr. Alvarez.
I stated to the receptionist that I just paid 5k to Dr Ford for a 45 day infusion whom you guys reffered me 2. I drove all the way from Perry, Fl. To be TURNED AROUND by the red haired fat girl. They don't care about the patient only money. I If I could give them1/64 star I wouldn't give them that.

Had hip replacement surgery went home same day. Dr Walters is compassionate and and puts you at ease answering any questions and is very attentive. Thank you Dr. Walters and your staff.

Rip off even with insurance they try and drain you dry. They charge separately for everything. I would never go here again. After paying 2000 out of pocket expense and all co pays and deductibles they still send me bills. I had a minor knee surgery and they charge over 20 grand to less then 2 hours of work. No wonder why they all drive sports cars and Lamborghini.

Very unprofessional! When to talk with my supposedly surgeon about my back problems. They ask me to go to Stand up MRI TO GET MY RECORDS. They had over a month to get these records or at least tell me before hand! Don’t want a person to operate on me that has workers that incompetent! Then they said I could come back that afternoon to see the doctor. Please stat awY from this place!

My husband had knee surgery today. Everyone was awesome. Dr called when he was out of surgery. Nurse called to let me know he was doing ok. Thank you all.

It helped my daughter so much when she broke her arm and they paid for the cast! I wanted to pay for it but they'd rather pay for it there so so nice! I'd recomend it for anyone! About anything.

Horrible waited an hour and a half both visits doctor was in my room for maybe a minute. He didn’t care about me didn’t even take time to look at the X-rays with me just told me I would be fine. Well I’m not fine my boxer fracture needs surgery now because I cannot close my pinky at all. This place is a joke and so unprofessional go to someone who actually cares.

My toddler son was seen by Parker, a PA. I had his twin brother with me and Parker was not good with children. After a 1.5 hour wait we were finally put in a room and continued to wait. When he came in he was rude and snapped at my children. Do not see Parker if you have a young child as the patient.

I really like to give him no stars or minus Stars if I could this medical clinic canceled my appointment and then didn't let me know until the last day till the day before when I called them rude insensitive and unwilling to treat people who have healthcare insurance through disability

This place is so unorganized. Every time I'm here Im waiting at least an hour and half to see DR. GUYER.and thats with an appointment He only stay in with for about 1 or 2 mins. I hope I never have to come back here after my treatment. They don't listen to the pain that you tell them you're in.smdh.

Today I went to TOC for x-rays and talk to Dr. Fahey and Dr. Oberste. My 12.15 appt was prompt and the staff was very courteous. The two Doctors I saw were very pleasant and explained everything to me. I had seen Dr. Fahey for previous surgery and it was perfect. Thank you to everyone at TOC.

Thanks a lot for making my mom cry. She is in pain and whoever answered the phone on the 12th of April around 9: 40 was no help and had an additude. We all have bad days, but don't spread your negativity to your patients. This is a small town and this is the only place she can rely on without traveling out to another bigger town. How flipping rude

Doctors don't necessarily record injuries correctly. In fact, medical records can be way off. Don't ever have them forwarded to another doctor's office without reading them first!

GREAT experience! Everyone is very nice and professional. Sorry I tore my rotator cuff, but blessed to have been treated so good by TOC. Dr. Rolle did my surgery and going to TOC has been nothing but good!

I've called every day this week (5 days in a row) to try and book an appointment. Every time I call a secretary answers and when I ask to make an appointment she transfers me to a voicemail box where I have now left 5 messages. I'm never rude when I call I just nicely ask to make an appointment. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?

I see Dr. Park one of their spine surgeons he and his staff are very caring, knowledgeable, and sincere.

Only negatives to my experience is the lobby wait time. Otherwise I always have a pleasant experience at TOC. Clean facility, snack machines, and always clean restrooms.

The worst place I have ever been. They let you wait months phone appointment. They change your doctor every time to charge you the initial fee on each visit to pad the bill. The only thing gained after six months and $2000 was proof  of the problem that I called them for and no relief. No one should ever go there and have to deal with this

If any other options were available we would never return. This place is a nightmare. 2.5 hour wait. Diagnosis was wrong the first, second, and third time! I hate this place.

I have been to TOC several times. I have never experienced a long wait or poor customer service here.
