Dr. Hewitt and his staff are fabulous. I have never had to wait very long past my appointment time.

This place is awful. I really wish we had other options here, which is the worst part. What are we supposed to do? They know we don't have options.
They don't return phone calls, even when you have a serious medical question. Schedule things absurdly far out. We had to wait over 2 weeks for surgery when they told us medically my husband was ready for surgery that week. Oh and paper work for FMLA - that will cost you $25 on top of any copay and take 2 weeks to get back.
