This place is 100% a complete shady and a bunch of scammers. They ship what they have not what you ordered. Their voicemail is full and they do not ever respond to emails. Basically a scam outfit and the Florida Dept Of Business registration needs to look into and investigate them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Terrible. I tried to order cigarette tobacco. I searched under the category for tobacco products listed that WEREN’T under the category of PIPE tobacco. Yet, I wound up receiving pipe tobacco, which cannot be inhaled. No where in the description did it say pipe tobacco. I tried to return and get the correct product and they hung me out to dry. I lost almost $60 because their website is a mess and not user friendly. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. Don’t but from this company.

I believe they don't have the product in stock when ordered. Shipping takes forever an substitute other tobacco. Always have a excuse. Windy Cidy Cigars is awesome.

I plan to order from this site because the quality and freshness is better than other suppliers however the last shipment was the wrong tobacco.should this happen again I will no longer give you my business in bulk.

Great prices & excellent customer service! I placed an order on Friday afternoon 12/16/22. Afterwards I looked at the reviews & almost cancelled my order then & there. MY BAD FOR JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS! My experience was quite the opposite. I received an email on Sunday morning, 12/18, that the tobacco I ordered was not in stock due to shipping delays & I could wait for it to come in or they would substitute/upgrade like quality. I opted for the substitution and received my rolling machine & 3 bags of tobacco (better than what I ordered) on 12/21/22. Within 5 days around Christmas time! I'm very pleased with this order. The items came intact & their prices are great.even with shipping included, I saved almost $25. I will be using TED Tobacco going forward for all my roll your own needs.

First and LAST time with these scammers! Took my money right away, I'm still waiting for shipping! I'd give zero stars if I could. What bothers me most, I went with them because they state they're veteran's. Well so am I, and I am throughly EMBARRASSED for them and by them! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU FUBAR CROOKS! DISGUSTED!

***In response to your response TED, tell the whole story! You took the money from my account as soon as I placed order, took a couple of days to say you didn't have what I ordered in stock, offered me a "free" upgrade so you could ship it out that day. And that was only because I emailed you first to inquire! Never heard back. Now that I've sent you nasty emails to show my bank, and wrote a negative review you magically just sent me a tracking number! You can't act like a Blue Falcon behind the scenes screwing people over with shoddy business dealings then claim to be a messiah. First and last purchase with you period! BUYER BEWARE! When shipping costs almost $30 for a couple bags of tobacco to travel a couple of states over, I'd hardly call it a "free" upgrade for products you can't fulfill as promised! DO BETTER OR CLOSE YOUR DOOR'S!

Like the other reviewer, I'm glad we didn't read the reviews before we placed our large order for twelve 1-lb bags of tobacco and 25 packages of cigarette tubes. Our order arrived just as placed in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with our order; box and all items inside arrived in pristine condition.

Being a small business owner presents more challenges than ever. I hope supply and delivery issues noted by others get smoothed out, and other customers have the great experience we did.

Best place to work.if your in it to win it it's the place to be. Co-workers are nice and helpful. Really the best place I've ever worked at. Friendly and understanding higher ups. Grateful to have this opportunity.its like a life boat in a sinking ship.my faith with this company has me flying happy in life. Even if something happened for me not to be part of the team anymore I know I'd look back and be glad to have had this job.

Placed my order Sunday night following Thursday. 4 days later my products were on my porch. I'm impressed and very happy. I ordered before I read the reviews and was thinking oh hell I fkd up now. But here I am astounded and so happy with the results. Great job Ted Tobacco!

Im still waiting on my order.have gone back and forth with support.now my order is held up at post office with a address that dont exists. Im told i have to contact the compainy. Its ben over a month now but they took my money the very minute i ordered.and ive gone a month now without because i gave them the 115 i use for tabacco for the month. Thanks alot ted.i wasnt buying the tabacvo to quit smoking.for all i no ted is a scam.i will never again purchase anything from teds.an american company scaming americans now.i feel sorry that your that low in life but but thats your parents fault for not teaching right from wrong.so i will feel sorry for you cuzz your a sorry company.thanks for steeling my money.i will find away to cost you way more than the hundred bucks you stole from me.way more i hope i can find away to put your scam out of business.

This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and they charged me for it. No contact since. I emailed several times over the last two weeks with no response. DO NOT give this company your money. I will be filing a BBB report.

Made my first purchase from Ted tobacco and thought I made a mistake because I went to check the reviews and they were pretty bad. However on day three after purchase was made I got a tracking number and email saying was on the way.two days after that my package was at my door via UPS and was exactly what I was expecting. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future! Way to go Ted Tobacco, 2 thumbs up.

Had started becoming a regular customer ordering monthly. Had encountered slow shipping but chalked that up to small business having growing pains and then the pandemic induced problems.
Placed a order on 10/3 after calling to verify they were still operating after the hurricane. That's when I learned they had a shipping location nearer to me.
On 10/15 submitted a inquiry as my order still showed processing. 10/17 a email requesting order# so they could check on my order. 10/18 no email with update on my order. I waited 24 hours before trying to call to check status of order, no answer of my call and voicemail box was full. I am waiting 24 hours and then will start the process of canceling the order through my CC company

If could give a zero or minus I would. Don't place an order from this place. The website showed the item as in-stock; however after placing the order and waiting for the shipping info I decide to send an email. The response was the item is expected to arrive next week. Wow very disappointed! Never again. I expect the cancellation of my order and want my refund asap. Horrible customer service.

Horrible, used to not be. In November of last year they were out of what I ordered so they called and offered their “comparable” house brand, it was only comparable with to smoking hay rolled in toilet paper. Then 5 months ago they didn’t even send my whole order but had it listed as completed. Called, it was fixed. Now I placed another order and it sat on processing for over a week. I called they said it would be sent the next day. I waited 3 days and checked again, still processing. I called back and just told them just to refund the money since they lied a few days earlier. The girl said she’d “transfer” me to the correct department, she hung up on me. I called back, I talked to yet another person who said a refund would be issued in 3-5 days. Which is ridiculous, are they mailing the refund information to the banks via snail mail? It has been 5 days and still no refund. Called again and they said it was processed just this past Friday which was day 4. Do NOT use this company. They seem to be spiteful liars that have no work ethic. I will go back to recommending Smokers Outlet, which keeps their customers better informed about stock and shipping issues. Also Smokers Outlet has better shipping rates with faster delivery.

Update: day 6, still no refund, they said that it was sent to the bank. Called the bank and they said they do not have it so I filed a dispute claim with the bank.

BEWARE!

I placed and paid over $208.00 for an order on August 11th. I have called and spoke to several employees there and kept getting excuse after excuse as to why my order never shipped. They told me on the phone the products were backordered. The website showed and still shows available. I called on August 22nd and was promised a complete refund within 5 days. Today makes 10 days and still no refund. I called today and was informed I would receive an email today from another company (supposedly their financial company) verifying the refund processed yesterday. I never received that email, called back again and asked for a confirmation email from Ted Tobacco and was told I would receive it today before the business closed at 5: 00 pm eastern time. Still no email. Still no refund. I have relatives and friends who live in Ormond Beach who could have mailed my order to me without all this hassle. Now I am left to let my financial institution take over from here. This is plain and simple robbery.

Great service. Great food. The manager Ocean Chambers was very helpful. Glad to know that kids eat free on Mondays. Fast past but very relaxing environment. Think we got there at 7-7: 30pm Thursday 9/8/22
