I've been ordering from them for quite a while now and there has been issues from the beginning. They website says things are in stock but they're not, you end up waiting for 2 weeks only to find out that they're waiting for things to come in before sending your order. This last time I ordered I recieved an email asking if I would take a substitute for my order, I called and was told the tobacco I ordered was coming in that day, I told them that if they didn't get it in that I would take the substitute. Three days later I call back because I hadn't received a shipment email and was told that my order shipped the day before. Fast forward 4 more days and I call back again and was told my order shipped that morning and would recieve a shipping email by the end of the day, 6 hours later I receive a shipping email and call back again because I paid for UPS shipping and got USPS tracking this time I was told that in the fine print they get to choose how your order is shipped. So they make a ton of money by making you pay a ton for shipping and they ship it the cheapest way possible! I will never ever use this place again and will tell every person that will listen not to buy from this rip off place!

You're talking about shipping rates, I'm talking about customer service, professionalism and honesty. My invoice shows that I paid for UPS Ground for shipping and my order was shipped USPS and arrived 3 days later than promised by your staff. It literally took 4 phone calls from me to even get my order, I was also promised a return phone call after your employee (I'm not going to put names on here) did some "research" about why my order was so delayed which I never recieved!
