I appreciate that there is a ton of great selection, even for vegans, dieters, health nuts, foodies. The service is good and friendly.

Had an amazing time with a great server, (shout out to Oren B) who put up with and genuinely laughed at all of my husband's "dad" jokes!

Great food and atmosphere. Very busy restaurant. Hostess wasn't very attentive but food was awesome.

Dinner was excellent! Very difficult to make a decision on what to get for dinner and which cheesecake to get. So many choices for both and they all look delicious!

Worst experience ever. Never had a manager check to see if everything was good. Had to track him down. No customer service on patio.

On Tuesday, May 7th, my girlfriend and I visited this restaurant for my birthday. I chose this place for such a celebration. Our server was very attentive but after he took our main course order, we waited 25 minutes until he came over and told us he mistakenly had messed up our order. He said "I am sorry I mistakenly sent the order to the wrong table. What did you guys order so I can go find it? ". That made me feel like he forgot to put the order in. We waited another 30 minutes for our food to come out. In the meantime, no manager came over to talk to us or to informed us about the situation or how much longer the food was going to take. I am not even sure if a manager was informed of the situation as I was be surprised they did not care to talk to us and address the situation. Once the food came out we had lost some of our appetite. The server brought us cheesecake on him as a way to say sorry but that is what they do for birthdays anyway. As a huge corporation with high standards, I had expected more from them but this time it was a big disappointment. On our way out, I wanted to see a manager but I did not see one nor I asked the hostess for one. Once again, I thought no manager was on duty as no one other than the server visited out table.

I ordered the Diane steak and salmon fish with mash potatoes and asparagus with a lemon sause very good. I fished it off with a red velvet cheescake. U was very pleased

Cheese Cake Factory, no matter where, is consistent to its principles for good service and good food.

The server seemed in a rush trying to get our order as soon as we sat.she didn't like we asked her to wait, so didn't come back and 10 minutes later some other server came and said she will take her of us.the food is delicious though.

One of my favorite places to go eat. Not cheap, but they give you enough food to make you feel like you're paying for two meals, so it's worth it. The food is amazing no matter what you choose, and the cheesecake is to die for. Good service even though they're almost always busy. Don't forget to too your server!

The soup was awesome and nice size for a bowl but you will pay for that bowl. The enchiladas were fantastic however the cilantro rice and black beans left something to be desired. Luckily, I was already full from the bread, soup and enchiladas. The service was fantastic and they even comped a meal that my 9 year old didn't like even though there was nothing wrong with the meal.

We thoroughly enjoy coming here.

I got the chicken and waffles and my boyfriend got the shepherd's pie. For dessert, he got the key lime cheesecake and I got lemoncello cream torte. Everything was so good! Our server, Kyle, was wonderful! He went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

They have a great selection on their menu. They offer healthy alternatives and of course their cheesecake is fantastic. My only negative that it is very crowded not a good place for a first date.

I went to CF today with my son & youngest daughter. I am on a clear liquid diet because of recent surgery, but I went to be social & get out of the house. I asked our waiter Angelo if there was a broth soup on the menu. He said there was not.but excused himself for a minute. He came back with the head chef, who ask my needs/restrictions and made me the most delicious broth soup. THAT is customer service! Thank you so much!

This place is a joke. Food is not good and some of the most unhealthy food you could ever eat. It's also ridiculously over priced. I have no idea why it's so busy every night. Just get yourself a slice of cheesecake to go and skip everything else.

I think we annoyed the waiter and he was very professional and attentive. Food is always good here and the cheesecake, well the name says it all.

It was crowded but we got a seat on the patio right away. It was very pleasant and the staff courteous

Great deal for happy hour mon-fri. 4pm-6pm. We had burger and chicken slider and ofcourse must try the cheese cake. And drinks is good size for classic mojito. Margarita, L. I. T.

The service was perfect, the food was great. Was so good in fact that my family and I have eaten here 3 times in the 10 days we have been on holiday

Love going into the bar after lunch crowd is gone to have appetizers and cheesecake. The skinny Monitors are grand too!
