The Cheesecake Factory reviews
39Very good service and crazy good food. Keep in mind that because this is a popular restaurant, it will always be packed. I will say the cheesecake has always and forever will be my favorite!
My wife had never visited the Cheesecake Factory. She thought the menu was a little overwhelming but after she narrowed down the food selections she was very pleased with the experience. We will definitely go back!
Went for dinner tonight and was very disappointed. Chicken came out very soggy and mash potatoes was cold. Server however, was very attentive and sweet. They should really improve on the quality of their food.
Was very disappointed in both the food and service. Took over an hour to get our food after ordering.and the place wasn't even that busy! Made us late for a workshop we were conducting!
Always great service!
Also, the black girl with glasses (i wish i knew her name) - she is the sweetest hostess ever, complimented me the last two times I have come in, makes me feel wonderful! I love her!
Cheese. Cake. Two of my favorite things rolled into one decadent diet killer.
1 out of 1, I would eat here.
If you dine in it is very good, but if you get carry out it leaves a lot to be desired. Burgers were dry and the spaghetti had very little sauce on it. I will not carry out again
Food was good, service was ok but I was pretty disappointed that the happy hour deals only apply for people sitting at the bar and it says that anywhere on their website. Especially cause every other place that offers happy hour has happy hour for people no matter where they sit.
We had one of the best experiences ever in a restaurant and thanks to manager Brian who took extra precautions to prepare Gluten Free meal for my wife, he is very knowledgable and answered all our questions regarding the GF ingredients and possible cross contamination. I would like to recommend everyone with celiac to try Cheesecake Factory where they are proud to serve people with GF food.
Food, ambiance, service, all excellent. Very busy. Expect a long wait, but, worth it if you have the patience. We ate at the bar which sped things up, although not as comfortable.
Meatloaf. Eat half and take half home. Stuffed for two meals. Only downfall is the menu is a novel. I want to eat not read. Staff has always been great. Well worth the money.
Very good food, our waiter was kind in taking time out of his way to get a kids menu for someone who was over 10. I got the stuffed cheddar burger, picture attached. Very filling.
I came in for lunch and sat at the bar, Matt gave me exceptional service, made an excellent drink, and helped me pick an item off the menu that I ended up loving. I had never been to the Cheesecake Factory before, I definitely plan on coming back.
We ordered a plate of nachos what I got was nacho chips covered with cheese no meat a scoop of guacamole sour cream and sprinkled very lightly around it jalapenos I never seen a plate of nachos in my life that would just cheese and chips at the Cheesecake Factory was very disappointed
Very overpriced. Many items couldn't be ordered special (no onions, etc.) Waitress was great though!
If you like paying $9 for a slice of cheesecake then this is the place for you. Slow service too. Food tasted good, but just nothing special and terribly ovdrprover for the food and quality of service.
Slow on service during weekends good portions and food but be careful walking on their floors I slipped and I was hurt for months
Smallest lettuce cup tacos ever and cook made the pasta carbinara without cream and egg-just bacon grease. It was awful so I didnt eat it. Not impressed with the new coffee cheesecake. Service excellent just bad feature meals this afternoon.
